“I contacted Dan and crew for a full interior detail after having let my car get a bit out of hand. Two small children and a number of other factors left my car dirtier than I would normally let it get and honestly I know it was bad. I asked for an appointment as quick as possible and was able to get one the next day. Dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up at the end of the work day. The owner Dan was so incredibly kind upon pickup and gave me follow up instructions on how to let the car and mats dry overnight. As for the detail, it was spotless. My car looks brand new on the inside, my husband and father in law have also commented similarly and are impressed. They were even able to remove some awful stains from the seats from my kids spilling juice and a smoothie. It looks like a child had never even set foot in the car. The price was really great for all of the work they put in. I was expecting to be charged much more for the seats and it was so reasonable. They even called after taking the time to review my car to make sure I would be okay with the price for the seats before moving forward. I will definitely be using them again!”

“Valet Pro Detail did an amazing job on my car! I got the super interior detailing with the vomit remediation add-on (due to a mishap that happened the weekend before). Not only did they make the interior look brand new like when I first bought it, but they even cleaned my gas cab for me and it looked like they even did something to the exterior to make it extra shiny. They did miss a spot near my seat belt though, but they were more than accommodating about having me come in the next day to get to that one spot. We're all humans and we make mistakes and sometimes miss things-- it's ok!On top of that, the customer service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. When I first dropped my car off, I was waiting for my Uber and they offered to drive me back to my apartment and even pick me up when my car was ready. Of course I already had my ride situated, but I really appreciate them making sure I was taken car of.I highly recommend Valet Pro Detail for any of your detailing needs and for the impeccable customer service!!!”

“At arrival, I was welcome’d & asked if I wanted something to drink between coffee & water all While other clients were walking in & welcomed the same way. I didn’t need to look around because I knew what car I came to look at & wanted if all was good during the test drive. I came in a second time later in the week for a test drive again & I had absolutely no issues on getting a second test drive. They were understanding. After my second test drive I was completely SOLD. Came in that weekend and put the money down on a Saturday & by Tuesday I was picking up my car fully inspected and ready to go. I had some cosmetic issues with the car like some dampness of moisture in the tail light, but it’s getting taken care of with one appointment with them. As I picked up the car I was told more good things about the vehicle that I didn’t know. ( it’s always good to know EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR ). Straight forward dealership, amazing customer service. If they say they are going to call you, they WILL. No issues with my purchase what so ever. The finance options fit my lifestyle. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. 5 STAR & 100% recommend FOR ANYBODY LOOKING TO GET THEMSELVES INTO A NEW VEHICLE. I’ll be back in the future and sending anybody I know that needs a car.”

“Good job cleaning up my car after a long New England winter! Each car wash operates differently. This one has a prewash option - a guy would use a hose and a mop to do a quick wash on the hard-to-reach spot by the machine, like the area around the rear license plate. Then you would go through the conveyor for the usual cleaning. Then a guy would towel-dry the wet spots missed by the touchless dryer at the end. Overall, I am pretty happy with the results. I will definitely come back.”

“I bought gas gift cards at Christmas time at the Bridge St. Station but misplaced one of them and just found it. It was for my brother who was picking it up this afternoon so I put it on the coffee table so I'd have it handy when he came. Left the room for 2 minutes and when I came back,his card was in pieces and the gas card had an edge chewed off. I called the main office and also the station on Bridge St. The manager was so nice and extremely helpful. She said they would honor the card! Thank you so much! Puppies are so naughty!”

“I have been pretty happy with this carwash. The first time was a bit confusing as you are stopped and the wash system goes back and forth. The only issue is it doesn't tell you when it's done and to move forward - or it's not very clear so you can miss half your dry time. The price is more than fair and a nice discount on gas as well...I got stuck in the Littleton one this year ( my car got stuck on the track) so I only use this type of wash now.”

“Stopped in today because my car desperately needed to be cleaned inside and out, and I hate vacuuming it myself. I got the Ultimate Wash for $44, and added in the wheels for $8. For $52 plus a tip, I feel like my car was detailed. It’s beautifully clean, and they even vacuumed the hay out of the back end. They took the rubber floor mats out of the car and scrubbed them. “I went to the Haverhill (125) location earlier this morning to get a car wash. I had previously spent a great deal of time scrubbing my windshield and hood of pine sap, leaving streaks all over. I went through the wash the first time and noted streaks remaining after the wash completed. I circled back around to tell the attendant and he immedatley said, "You paid for wash, you don't to explain, come right back through!". He and the other staff person scraped my windshield with a razor blade, and scrubbed it as well as the rest of car so thoroughly. Both staff were so kind and pleasant and happy to assist me. They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful.Unfortunatley, I don't have their names and am hopeful the gentlemen working at 7am on Tuesday 8/29 receive the recognition the deserve.”

“Perfect! Old school car wash with real humans who preclean your car with quality brushes and care-- I haven't seen that in about 20 years! Despite the fact that there was a line, we were moved along very quickly by the friendly staff. Got the top of the like package for $21 plus tips. It's worth twice that amount. Our salt and snow encrusted car looks like new. Soap and wax smell like candy too, just like the old days! My family will definitely be back here.”

“Always did a great job, tonight I went through and my vehicle was covered with soap, this has never happened before and I use the car wash almost weekly, I had to wipe the soap off and went to a self service after to rinse off, im guessing there was an issue with the rinse portion, I'll try it again and hope its back to what it has been, basically wasted $ 18.00 on the was and spent another 8.00 to rinse it down, even with the dryer i was surprised how much my vehicle was covered in suds”

For $34.99 it pays so I can go in everyday if I want and also received a $50 credit on the car detail because I signed up. The pass is for the top of the line wash, not just a basic wash. My Lexus is 10 years old and it looks so good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
