Had my truck’s entire front end suspension rebuilt — ball joints, u-joints, track bar, tie rods, front differential rear seal, plus new body mounts and a wheel alignment. Everything was seized and rusted solid, so I know it wasn’t an easy job, but they tackled it head-on and kept me updated on progress the whole way through. Pricing was extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of work involved. My truck now drives and feels smooth and responsive — like a completely different vehicle. Excellent work all around, you guys rock!”

I also appreciated the follow-up email from Sullivan and the reminder to doublecheck that the size of the tires I ordered matched what was on the sticker inside my front car door. “I always get nervous going to a dealership in fear of getting scammed as a woman but that is not the case here at Nucar Honda. I received superb service from Garrett. Upon arrival he doubled check to see if my tires were part of a recall without me asking for it, which is such a nice gesture. He thoroughly explained in details where the tech was at with my car throughout the process and even offered a Lyft ride home and back while my car was being repaired. He was friendly and most importantly I didn’t feel intimidated at all. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer!”
