Had my truck’s entire front end suspension rebuilt — ball joints, u-joints, track bar, tie rods, front differential rear seal, plus new body mounts and a wheel alignment. Everything was seized and rusted solid, so I know it wasn’t an easy job, but they tackled it head-on and kept me updated on progress the whole way through. Pricing was extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of work involved. My truck now drives and feels smooth and responsive — like a completely different vehicle. Excellent work all around, you guys rock!”

“I've been using Joe's citgo for over a decade. Eli and crew are trustworthy and honest. Since there are only two bays, you need to be flexible. Sometimes he'll ask you to leave it for a day or two. It's a good idea to call ahead and see when he can do the job. There is no Joe at Joe's citgo.”

“Stopped by to fill up and grab some snacks. The prices were decent, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Overall, not a bad experience but it could use a little more organization.”
“A big bolt got into my tire (not exactly a flat tire but the pressure came down). Another store(a famous more reviewed with higher rating store) tried to upsell saying it’s bigger patch and may need new tire which they can only get after 3 days. Stopped by the Sullivan store, they understood the emergency, made an appointment within 1 hour and fixed it 20 minutes before the mentioned time. Jason was very friendly from the beginning till end. Understood the assignment and provided the fix so quickly.”

“We had part of the heat shield on our Honda CR-V come loose. It wasn't a major repair, but we couldn't find anyone willing to work on it. We decided to stop by International Auto without an appointment, even though it was during their lunch break.
The team was incredibly kind and took the time to look at it right away. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they also fixed it on the spot. I was genuinely impressed by how friendly, professional, and efficient they were.
