This location has the potential to be a great store. They have a great selection and it’s always very clean and organized. The register staff are usually very kind. The young woman I see on register most days is always kind and very efficient, same goes for the evening staff. Some of them however could use a reminder on proper customer service. The managers often seem grumpy and inconvenienced by the customers. I understand they seem understaffed but the attitude some of them carry is not very welcoming. One woman I see working often is not very friendly. She speaks to you as if you are a burden to her and whatever she’s trying to get done and I’ve overheard her complaining to the other staff about customers, balloons, and having to work the register. Sometimes it’s directly at a customer which I find quite uncomfortable. It seems as though the staff could use a change of attitude, otherwise this is a great store.

This store gets 2 stars solely for cleanliness. Their customer service, especially with minorities is very poor. Ive walked into this Dollar tree 3 times with the same staff on duty and each time, I was not greeted, I was made to feel like a bother if I asked for items, and staff were rude. We are all going through hard times during the holidays and in this world. If you dont have the grace to deal with customers because youre impatient and overwhelmed by a growing line, fake it! Its your job to provide exceptional customer service. All consumers keep you in business, and this disgusting attitude of your employees is discouraging. Thankfully, Ive learned to stand tall in the face of adversity. This review is the warning before the next bad interaction becomes a corporate call. Do better. Ive visited dollar trees in areas of lower socio economic status, and one thing they have that your westford location does not, is class and kindness.

Very impressive. CLEAN , organized, nothing on floor, shelves stocked. Aisles have signs letting you what is in them.

Not well stock in arts and crafts, and don't have newest items other dollar tree's have. I have seen some improvement but this store has so much potential with the store size you can have more variety and be better stocked. Staff is friendly. It's not their fault. It's whoever orders merchandise for this store

I go to Dollar tree because they have the absolute best candy section but I went into this one and I would say half the section of candy on the shelves were half empty very disappointed

I'm starting to realize that lower prices means shttier customer service. I mostly go to stores that have self checkout because I give better service.

Terrible service. Employee was on the phone talking about her boss wouldn’t give her time off. We asked for help twice and she kept talking on her phone. We will NOT be back.

NEVER EVER GO TO THE WESTFORD DOLLAR TREE STORE!!! I had a horrible experience with the staff. Both Store manager (male) and associate (female) acted like total lunatic. They would need some basic training on how to treat customers with some dignity. This is classic example how staff could bring very bad reputation to a store like Dollar Tree.

I bought lot of merchandise from Dollar Tree for a graduation party and went to return few unused items. First of all, when they saw me, the lady staff walked away from the cash register. When I told her on the need to return few items, she asked in the rudest way, “did you buy from this store? do you have original receipts?”. I calmly replied, “yes, I do”. Then the store manager guy came and asked the same questions in a much more rude way. Initially he said, “we don’t take any returns”; then he said, “I could take max 10 items”. I responded calmly, “I’m okay with that”. I gave 10 items to the lady staff that along with all Dollar Tree receipts I had (multiple purchases from this store and another from nearby town).
When I asked if that is Dollar Tree’s policy, this lunatic shouted at me “if you ask once again, I will kick you out of my store”. I was totally stunned with such a response as it was first time in my 40+ years of life. I then asked them to give back the receipts that does not belong to that store and they didn’t return me any.
I’m not sure if it was a pure racism (both staff were white and me being asian origin) or if both staff were on drugs or something else. Seeing lot of similar complaints from customers about this store, I’m really surprised that the regional/corporate management of Dollar Tree not kicking them out.

This store is always a mess. They need a new manager to clean it up.
