This is the worst of the worst. I went there and made a reservation, and when I got there, they didn't say anything for over an hour. They were just talking amongst themselves and didn't seem to care. So I just left. I wasted half a weekend. This is the worst hair salon I've ever been to.

There are great Asian hair dressers (Jaimee & Emily) at this Westford location. They cut my hair nicely every time I'm there. I highly recommend this place. I also highly recommend Jaimee.

Never again!!!!! this is the second time I tried GG once in Westford girl cut my hair so short I had to wear a cover in order to go in public for a month. This year I went to Leominster hoping the people were more experienced. I was so wrong, I asked the lady to cut my hair off my neck, she didn’t, I asked her not to cut it to short she did. She started cutting by parting down the middle and first cutting on my left side then she went to the right side and the back and then the top where I asked her to leave it 2 inches long. Turns out half of my head is shorter than the other side, my head is sore because of the way it was cut. I now have shorter hair than most men. Not only the salon workers can’t cut hair they can follow directions either. My first words to her was don’t cut it to short she heard me because she repeated it back to me but she did it anyway. Hot Mess!

Great Clips Westford MA is the place to go for haircut for delivery drivers of Westford Florist Art by Veny. Check in as soon as they open in the morning and you will always get outstanding haircut.

Horrible customer experience! The attendant humiliated my little girl in front of the whole crowd and she was very rude to my wife as well. Will never visit this place again!

I had a very frustrating experience at Great Clips in Westford. Initially, the app wouldn't let me check in due to wait times exceeding two hours. Once I was finally able to check in, I waited for the notification text for my turn, which came after about two hours. When I arrived at the salon, the screen displaying the queue had been turned off, so I couldn’t see where I stood in line. There was only one (Asian) stylist working— who was attending to a customer. She asked me to wait, and I complied.
However, after she finished with her current customer, she checked me in but then proceeded to attend to four other customers who arrived after me. I waited patiently for nearly an hour, but my turn never came. Despite the lack of other waiting customers initially, I felt completely ignored as she kept accepting new customers who arrived long after I did. Another stylist came from break after 45 minutes and she also started taking other customers who had just arrived, long after me.
Ultimately, I left the salon extremely frustrated. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she cited being short-staffed as the reason. While I understand that staffing issues can happen, it’s unacceptable to treat a customer with such disregard, especially on a busy Saturday.
This experience was disappointing, and I left without the haircut I had waited hours for. I hope Great Clips addresses these issues and prioritizes better customer service and organization in the future.

I did not catch a name, but shout out to the older Asian woman working today (April, 3rd '25). She was exceptional, fast, and very experienced! Kudos to her!
This review would be a full five stars except that this location is the only one in the area, and it is criminally understaffed. The wait times are often long because of the lack of staff, and you need to reserve a place on the waiting list well in advance.

Dear Great Clips Management,
I visited your Westford location this morning for a haircut and wanted to share my experience and feedback.
I arrived at least 30 to 45 minutes before opening to ensure I was first in line, as I have a busy schedule later in the day. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find that when the salon opened, I was told there were two people ahead of me who had entered through another door. As I was the only person visibly waiting at the main entrance, this situation was quite frustrating.
To avoid confusion and enhance customer satisfaction, I suggest the following:
1. Clearly Communicate Policies: If appointments or accommodations for elderly and at-risk customers are in place, please make this information prominently available on your app and at the salon entrance. Specifically, if the first appointments in the morning are reserved for elderly and at-risk clients, this should be thoroughly communicated through various channels to ensure customers are well-informed. I am a strong advocate for such policies as they help protect vulnerable individuals during high-risk times like flu season.
2. Consistent Door Usage: Ensure that all customers waiting at the primary entrance are given priority based on their arrival time, or at least inform them if another entrance will be used.
3. Improved Sign-In Process: Allow customers to sign in on the app earlier, even before the salon officially opens, to streamline the process and reduce wait times.
I appreciate any efforts to address these concerns and look forward to a better experience in the future.
