Their HELOC product is the worst - you should definitely go elsewhere if that’s what you’re interested in, and here’s why. They recently implemented an electronic transfer limit of $5,000 per transfer in/out per day/week with an additional limit of $10,000 per month per transfer in/out. So if you want to take out $15,000 to pay for something, you’re out of luck! You would have to wait a month to do this! Or if you were fortunate enough to receive a substantial amount of money and wanted to pay back your HELOC to reduce your interest payments, you’re also out of luck because remember you can only transfer up to $10,000 into your account per month. So they are FORCING you to continue paying additional interest on your loan. I can’t actually believe this is legal but somehow it is. They will tell you this is in the name of preventing fraud, but actually it’s in the name of them making more profit. Then they will tell you they’re a non-profit bank here for you and the community, but actually that couldn’t be further from the truth. They say they’re here “To help our members make smart financial choices.” I suggest you make a smart financial choice and run away from this bank as far as you can.

These people should be better trained when it comes to auto loans and the RMV for MA residents with an out of state ID. Complete waste of time! After approving an auto loan they tell me they won’t finish the loan even after providing them with a copy of my MA residence. What a joke!

I joined JDCU when I got my first ever auto loan on a new car a couple years ago. The staff at the Westford branch were so patient with me and my million newbie questions!! Checking and making loan payments with them have been smooth sailing. I highly recommend JDCU to folks in the area if they're looking for a credit union for their banking and loan needs.

Been with Jeanne D'arc for over 25 years. Issues are address quickly. Lots of local branches. Very, very professional, helpful and pleasant staff.

I have not seen people so bad to make a debit card 4 times and gone and I go for 5 times and they do not solve the problem

The Westford Jeanne D’Arc branch is wonderful. Grade A customer service, all employees are so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Sting focus on customer service, you really feel like you are a VIP when interacting with the staff. If you are tired of being an an anonymous account number with a big name bank this is the right place for you. From start to finish they are focused observing their customers and have been pleased to make the switch from a big brand bank to the JDCU. Glad and proud to be a member.
