Came to the store on 10/18 @ 9:10am and the store was locked tight with the lights off, I call the number I see here on google and someone answers and says “the cashier isn’t here yet and I can’t legally open the door so it looks like we’re opening up at 11”. How hard is it to operate a register/POS? Not hard at all because I work with that myself lol. Just wow

Have shopped here for years. Stopped in for a basic skein of pale blue, acrylic, DK weight yarn. What a disappointment- not only no pale blue, but NO DK weight. Only chunky, chenille blanket yarn-yuck!

Consistently putting "clearance" items outside and the price is different when you check out. Avoid frustration and wasting your time by just shopping somewhere else or ordering fabric online

I pulled off the highway to come here and get some crochet supplies. To my surprise they had almost no options for yarn, hooks or even a tape measure. Will not come back

We had an incident where the item we purchased was not exactly as described, and the helpful staff rectified the situation immediately, without even needing to resort to receipts or collection of other information. Excellent customer service!
