I’ve been living in the area for more than two decades and it has always been a pleasant experience for me there. Staff is all polite and helpful, I actually received a wonderful service from this young black man with glasses(should have asked for his name!). He was not only very knowledgeable and helpful, he went above and beyond and replaced my license plate for me. New screws for replacing my license plate was one of the things I needed to get at the store. He was so very kind and his customer service skill was exceptional. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this hardware store if you need anything!!

2nd day in a row, no show for delivery of aerator for 4 hr rental. No phone calls saying they might be late or couldn't make it. Of course I had planned my afternoons around having this machine to use. Previous ownership was very good about showing up at expected time. I will use O'conner's hardware in the future.

First time there. The place is a little on the small side, but they seem to have a pretty good selection. The place was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly.

This place is great. Definitely buy from here over big box stores. The manager and people in the store are super helpful and knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to help you answer your questions. I had a problem with a product that I purchased they troubles shot it and determined it was defective and gave me replacement. I come here for my equipment rentals even though there are options that are a little closer to home it’s worth the trip to Westford for all your hardware gardening and home improvement product needs.
