Brought my dog in for grooming here for the first time today. Specifically asked them to trim the fur between her paws. They didn't do it. She wasn't even fully dry when we picked her up. I basically paid $85 for them to shampoo her. Never going back.

I come into the store on occasion and I have to say, the employee Alyssa always looks like she is going above and beyond. Whenever I am there she's always cleaning the reptile and fish tanks and is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful
