We also used Viking Moving to pack our home, and not a single item was broken when we unpacked it at our new location. All our glassware and other delicate items were in perfect condition. “Let’s be honest, moving is unpleasant and having to store all of your belongings into storage until you find permanent housing is unsettling. Maybe you worry someone will break into your locker, or even worse you’ll eventually take home uninvited guests like roaches or bed bugs. On a more practical level, you need something from your locker at 2:00 a.m.
None of the above should be of concern to you. I visited other storage facilities and Security systems at Littleton Stirage are above and beyond anything I had seen, not to mention the location is across the street from Littleton PD. Regardless of the time of night, the outside cameras, lighting and strict building access made me feel safe.
Cleanliness: immaculate. My personal standards regarding cleanliness were born from shipboard life in the Navy and a 30 year career as a Registered Nurse in medical facilities. Littleton Storage sets the industry standard.
At no point did I ever see any signs of rodent or insect infestation.
Final point and this was important to me. My need to move came about unexpectedly and I was in a very fragile emotional state. Lisa and Peter, who are almost always there during business hours were very kind and patient with me at all times.
I will miss them both.”
“Did a 24/7 U-Haul box truck rental. Truck was there, clean, with rented equipment, and pickup process was clear and easy (not always the case from past experiences at other U-Haul locations).”
“I recently used Drum Hill Storage Solutions for several months in preparation for a move. The team there was excellent, easy to work with and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about the experience. The unit was clean, climate controlled, well lit and very easy to access. After some horrific experiences with other businesses around the area the third time proved to be the charm. My wife and I put a deposit on a unit over the computer at public storage in Westford. When we showed up they wanted a list of what items we were going to store. We said no they said we couldn't rent there. Next stop was sav-space in Littleton where we were greeted by an a man looking as if he was just paroled. This greeter didn't know anything, his words, he was just there to keep people there until the owner made her way down. We left there quickly. Arrived at main st mini storage where Marcia, pretty sure that's her name, took wonderful care of us. Showed us bigger units than the other places suggested in our price range with a smile and information to answer any questions. When we started moving things in we got to meet Kate who carried along the torch of professional and courteous care.”

“Visits to my storage unit are as smooth as butter each time with no complaints while having WiFi gate entrance access, boy oh boy, my favorite especially during cold winter stormy days. Long story short, my most recent visit topped it off. If it weren’t for Karen, a Staff Member, I probably would have had to sleep the night there stuck at the gate attempting to exit.
Due to my public storage application no longer functioning properly (0 space on iphone13), my gate access was shot! Anywho, I gather my personal information to answer questions only I would know the answers to, and I was able to exit the storage facility with out a problem.
Awesome people skills, great service, & good parking. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to Friends & Family
