Bella Donna Consignment Boutique is a great little shop and very nice boutique in downtown Leominster. It is a beautiful store with a fantastic store inventory and great selections, featuring beautifully styled displays. The owner is friendly, super knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, patient, kind, and honest. She provides amazing customer service and helps customers try on anything and everything, offering honest feedback about what looks good or not. She helps find the best clothing, formal gowns, prom gowns, cocktail-type dresses, and accessories for any occasion, styling outfits that make customers feel confident. The inventory is always changing and includes great brands, with everything in pristine condition. The prices are very affordable, decently priced, and amazing, often with good sales. The selection includes mostly M-XL sizes, with a smaller selection for petite sizes and a small shoe selection. The owner also hosts events showcasing other local businesses. Customers report a lovely, pleasant, and amazing experience overall, highly recommending the store for a pleasant shopping experience.
Came in today- last minute needing a formal gown for an event. Owner did not comment on my delay to shop and help me try on anything and everything.
