Love their Smears and bagels. Wish they were closer to Westborough, would give them more business.

This location closed permanently during 2020. I believe the Wellesley location also closed. Nearest alternative is 2050 Commonwealth Ave, Auburndale [Newton] MA

Bagels are very good and seemingly have recently improved in taste. Service is sometimes sub-par, however. Would recommend if you need to get some bagels.

Curious as to what kind of BAGEL shop RUNS OUT OF BAGELS? Came in this morning (12/22/19) around 11am and they had no more bagels. Yesterday (12/21/19) around noon time a friend of mine went in to get a bagel for her daughter and again, no more bagels. Kind of absurd if you ask me.

The bagels used to be huge but now they're tiny and the staff was not friendly at all

I know it's a chain.... the food is the same as any other Bruegger's, but the service really differentiates this place (and not in a good way). No one looks up when you walk in (on a Monday morning, lol - everyone needs coffee!), and the people working move at a glacial pace. Even with the expectations that you might have for a chain, this one manages to undercut even those expectations - would recommend avoiding.

There's a couple of employees here that are ABSOLUTELY awesome. Sorry I dont know your names. Wendy. You suck as a MANAGER and generally as a human being. This is my go to breakfast joint with my elderly father. I went to the counter to pay for my items and get coffee for me and my father. I asked Wendy, the STORE MANAGER, for an iced coffee and saw she was filling it with too much ice. I asked her for a little less ice well before she got to pouring my coffee. Shouldn't have been a problem dumping some of it out. Instead she mumbles some b******* under her breath. It's a simple request as a paying customer. Very simple and definitely not something ANYONE in customer service should have an attitude over. She mumbles and grumbles under her breath as she's doing it so I tell her, "If you're gonna be pissy about it, just leave it." She turns around and starts raging like I'm the one who made an unreasonable request. Something along the lines of dont speak to me like that. Don't give me a f****** attitude about A PRODUCT I'm PAYING you for. That's the bottom f****** line. You as a manager should know better. Or maybe you dont and that's why your GOOGLE and YELP reviews are the way they are. Like I promised in my GOOGLE review, I'm going to selectively visit your store when you are working WENDY. See you soon.

The worst customer service ever. The place is dirty and gross. Just waiting for them to go out of business or something else better can go into the space......leave please!!!

Maybe it depends on when you go, but at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon you will be met with 2 young men who were so surly they could almost be described as hostile. Made us feel as though we were causing a huge imposition on them for wandering into their store and ordering bagels. The interaction was so confusingly aggressive that we wondered if we had mistakenly walked into a child labor camp. The bagels were fine.
