Store hours are advertised to close at 6:30 online and at the business location. I arrived at 6:25 to notarize a time sensitive document. Both doors were locked and the store attendant pretended to be deeply involved in fiddling with the printer to pretend not to see me. Although oddly enough wasn’t changing any paper nor printing anything the entire time I stayed outside googling for alternative notaries. This is a perfect example of why local businesses are dwindling while online services are booming. I tried to support this local franchise but will now use an online service from the comfort of my home. I now sadly have to suggest all future readers to do the same.

I had a return which did not require my own packaging. The clerk here insisted that the company was incorrect and that I had to have my own packaging.
Went down the street to the UPS store in Sudbury and they scanned the QR code and took the return without issue.

Very good and reliable service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nick is a great manager, always doing his best to accommodate everyone as soon as possible. I am using this store very often and it never disappoints.

I have been going to the Ups store in Weston for years now. There hasn’t been one time that I was disappointed with the service. A lot of times I need help, have questions and need packages shipped a certain way and quickly. Nick ,the manager, has been more than amazing! Thank you Nick for all your hard work, you’re priceless!

Nick the employee that works at the Weston UPS is great, efficient, helpful, friendly and fast. I'm always relieved to see when he is working as i know all of my needs and questions will be answered, and my visit will be easy and efficient

Staff peels out early at this location before 6:30although the hours say 6:30. Why are you lying about the hours UPS? I drove in rush hour traffic to send a package. You are supposed to close at the hours listed or don't say you are open until 6:30. Beware of coming here after work.
