Always have a pleasant experience when I visit the office, unless there's only one person working and it always seems to be the one that doesn't seem to know what the hell she is doing! I now will leave and return when one of the other girls is working to save myself the headache and frustration of having to fix everything if I let the other woman help me. And it wasn't a one time situation, this woman has messed up or had no clue multiple times I've had her assist me ?♀️ I almost paid an extra $500-$600 a year for auto insurance because she wasn't listening or just didn't care and did what she wanted! I returned the next day and the other wonderful woman in the office corrected the issues with no problems and I was on my way. I will remain a customer of Coyne insurance as long as I have a car and am driving!
