CVS in Westport, MA. provided a great experience to get my flu and Covid 19 vaccine. The store was clean and stocked. This cvs team is the most collaborative and friendly team I’ve experienced in many years. Sandy in particular helped me at check out with a coupon and saved me money and we had a great chat and my store experience just made my whole day better!Tim S.

It's horrible. My prescribed medications are seldom available. The staff is quite rude and lack customer service skills. Recently, the meds prescribed after a dental procedure were not available for a week. It seems to be a joke

These comments are about the pharmacy. The rest of the store is nothing remarkable, but not bad either.The pharmacy routinely closes 10-15 minutes earlier than their posted hours. They have stopped calling me when my prescriptions are ready (I used to get the calls, and my number hasn't changed). So I have to make the drive over and wait in the line (which is never less than 5 people) just to find out if it is ready. Or, I can try to call them up, just to be put on hold for 10-15 minutes... and the ones who answer the phone 9/10 times are very rude and often just hang up. Very unprofessional; if I behaved this way at my job I'd get firedThe pharmacist doesn't fill half my prescriptions because they don't understand and just make assumptions... I've tried to explain but they really don't listen, they think they know better than my doctor (and they definitely don't).I've never had any of these issues at the CVS on pleasant street in fall river

This is the WORST pharmacy ever!!! I've been sick all week with Covid and I'm an asthmatic and all out of my medicine for my breathing treatments and for 3 DAYS I've been waiting for my medicine to be filled!!! My mother just came from there and now they're saying that my Drs office cancelled my script, when I had just called a couple of hours earlier and they said it was in the process of getting filled. It's NOT my Dr's office in the wrong, because I've been going there all my life and have never had a problem before with anything. I also called my Dr and they said they did everything on their side. They called in my script twice already. There's nothing but incompetent people working at that pharmacy. I'm changing pharmacies now and will NEVER go back there. Thanks for NOTHING CVS pharmacy in Westport!!!

I needed to use the restroom. There was a sign that said the restroom was out of order, with tape over the door. I decided to be brave and enter anyway. There was absolutely nothing wrong. The toilet flushed, the sink worked, the lights and fan were operational, and the TP was fully stocked. There were no leaks, the toilet seat was tight, the bowl properly bolted to the floor. The door lock worked fine. It turns out they're just liars. They're lazy liars. They can't be bothered to maintain their own bathrooms, so they instead choose not to let people use them.

My important prescriptions were sent to pharmacy in Westport, Mass 2 weeks ago and when I called 2 times and went in person all 3 technician gave me different versions of what was going on. 1st tech said my medication would be ready on Monday, 2and said they have my medication but need the correct needles ordered, 3rd said they don't have the medication I need and not once did they call me or text to let me know. I need this medication urgently to start taking tomorrow. Ridiculous customer service. Who is lying?

The pharmacy techs are so incredibly rude. They roll their eyes at you, talk about you to other staff, and are so inefficient. They need to look for jobs they like bc they are completely miserable to deal with. They are arrogant, rude, and just plain nasty.

The pharmacist M.C is awful. Went in tonight to pick up numerous prescriptions for my grandchildren and was met w such arrogance. After telling her numerous times that the prescriptions were picked up in may but are now written differently due to stomach issues she throws her hands in the air and says I’m going to show u again, very rudely, “the prescriptions were picked up in may on the 28th” all the while circling the picked up script on her file in front of me. At this point I am annoyed as she clearly doesn’t get it and she does not want to try and figure it out or look at her fax machine therefore, That was my last straw w this particular pharmacy. I must add the girl at the counter cashing us out was super nice I feel bad that she has to be around such negativity and hasty behavior

Always long lines, prescriptions always take much longer than quoted. I’ve been called to pickup and wasn’t ready on multiple occasions Drive through cut down to one window for god knows how long now. Hire more people so you can handle your clientele. If I could rate you less than 1, I would.

Refilled my script, waiting a week and a half and it was still not filled (I had some at home.) Called in when I ran out and spoke to someone on the phone who said they would expedite it and said, “15 minutes” Went in to pick it up at 4:30, waiting in a 15 minute long line, it had still not been refilled, waited another 20 minutes, and they filled the wrong prescription. This is my last time using CVS pharmacy for anything.

Prescription line is always backed up. They must really be concerned about Covid, since they closed down the drive thru pick up and make everyone cram inside. Such a joke, 20+ minutes last 2 times to pick up my rx. Also, they used to fill it a few hours after my doctor would send it in, now sometimes I have to wait days, and only get it filled when I show up and bug them enough to where they rush it through. I saw somewhere hundreds of CVS’ are closing down soon. Hopefully this is one of them.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They never have meds ready on time, even when filled 2-3 days in advance.
