Great place. I went there because I was having surgery about 15 minutes away. They were wonderful. And had me on the 1st floor right Next to the door so I didn't have to walk. So far, which was hard to do.GINNY was the best answer so helpful also, their mattress and bedding was so phenomenal. I'm a disabled, wheelchair bound, person who requires additional assistance for nearly all ADL. I went to visit my daughter for a week. The staff worked with me to ensure I had the ADA room and an adjoining room, for my caregiver, and actually held the reservation! They went out of their way to help us at every turn. My only complaint with the ADA room was that the actual shower stall was only the size of a bathtub--it would be nice if it was larger. I will be staying here again when I next visit my daughter. Highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality and service.

I’ve stayed over 20 nights at this location over the past 18 months. The staff are super friendly and I’ve never had a problem if I needed to adjust my stays due to unforeseen circumstances. The rooms I’ve had were all clean and properly maintained. Free breakfast is a nice benefit if you need a quick bite in the morning. There is a grille close by that has a nice menu and they offer pick up if you would rather relax in the room. I would say this place is more business oriented but I have also seen plenty of family stay here for weddings and other gatherings. Gym machines work fine and there is enough equipment to get a good workout in the morning or afternoon. They also have coin laundry for longer stays. Overall, very impressed!

Two queen bed room ungodly small. Almost as if it was a prank or funhouse. Room should be heavily discounted or have a disclaimer. Lobby is packed and half the size it should be with the breakfast area and tables all smashed into 20% of the area of other Hampton Inns. Other than that hotel is clean and nice, staff was friendly.

The room, breakfast, and service were generally great. However, the elevator had an uncomfortable jitter when transporting. Additionally, I felt that the cost per night was too expensive. Because I changed my stay from two nights to one night, the rebate from a friend's wedding ceremony was cancelled.
