When another client described it as ‘having my hand held’ I just knew I wanted that too! In no time my policy was updated, DMV paperwork filled out and printed, not to mention she made the DMV appointment for me right then and there! I don’t think I’ll go online for support again considering the lovely experience, cozy office space and one on one assistance. In todays world where everything seems to be disconnected and automated, it is a miracle to receive such individual connectivity. Thank you.”

“Was recommended to reach out to Sylvia Group after a discussion about car insurance with my boss who has been with them for years. While they offer a variety of services I reached out inquiring about a quote for my single vehicle after my current policy increased. While I am a younger driver, I have a older sporty vehicle in good condition that is not very common and was seeking to maintain full coverage. After filling out the online form, I very soon after received a call from their agent Matt who discussed policy options and general information which was very appreciated as a younger customer. The policy presented to me provided better coverage and was league's better in terms of price than my old insurance quote. From forms to calls to payment, I was able to cover my vehicle with a policy better than my old one and saved a significant amount of money. My agent Matt was very efficient without making the process feel rushed, everything was finished and filed within a few days. Very happy with my experience and I will certainly be recommending Sylvia to friends and colleagues and hopefully reaching out to them again for any other insurance or property needs.”

“The services I get at Ocean Harbor Casualty in Lake Worth, Florida is absolutely the best.
The two women that run it are so kind and take their time, listen to you. I've never been rushed even on the phone.
Ginny Gerena has been a lifesaver more than once. I was at the DMV and had a problem, I called Ginny and she stayed on the phone with me through it all until it was settled. It meant so much to me because I was so nervous and it took awhile. She calmed me down and said that's what they were there for. Honestly, I've never gotten service like that at any other Insurance Company.
I rarely write reviews but I felt that they definitely deserved a great one.
That was just one example of the service I get there.
