When I called to say the insurance was coming to get it , Matt actually helped me in what all of the next steps I should take .He provided me with invaluable advice. I am grateful because he did not even know me before this day but went above and beyond to help me. He even offered to help talk to my insurance company . I had no idea that I could negotiate the offer and what my rights were. Matt led me through it and even looked up the value of my car during his busiest day. I literally could call him multiple times to ask questions and each time he answered with more knowledge than I could even imagine. Thank you so much Matt. I truly appreciate all you did for me . Came in with a complicated situation, as I was self-pay, no idea what the condition of the vehicle really was and had a big job. Spoke to Gus, who was able to explain what the job required, pricing and expectations. The finished work matched the rest of the vehicle and the budget was around what I was expecting/ negotiated The vehicle was delivered before the expected time frame as the garage had plenty of work ahead.

“Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”

“My wife’s SUV broke down and lost all electrical. I called South Coast Towing because they always help the community. I called and a very pleasant and helpful person told me they would have a tow truck to me in 15 minutes. Eduardo was there in less than that. Not only did he try to find the problem, but he safely got us on the hook and brought the vehicle back to my house. He was able to get the battery jumped long enough for me to get it in the driveway. I can’t recommend South Coast Towing enough and Eduardo was the most professional and helpful person I’ve dealt with.”
