Possibly the worst, most disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. Their business model is to scam people into 3 year contracts and then never let you go. They must have a play book when customers call, to leave them on hold for as long as humanly possible. So bad, stay away.

Worse security company in north American. always late and sometime says no appointment， waste my 11 hours for waiting.

We have found it very difficult to cancel even after the contract is up. My husband called numerous times but could not wait that long and so continued to be billed. I am on hold again now at 18 minutes and still waiting. I also kindly suggest to research re radiation to you & your family from the wireless alarm systems.
