Every time I go to Audi Westwood, I am received with professionalism, integrity, respect and care. From the phone center staff, Mike who gladly took my keys at 06:00am even though my appointment was at 07:30, to Renan outstanding accommodation meeting my needs at the time.
Great experience overall. Thank you guys!! Until next time.

They cancelled my service appointment at the last minute. I called them back to understand the reason and to explain my urgency to have my car checked. Unfortunately they did not care, they said that usually they cancel appointments at the last minute and there is nothing they can do. I asked to talk with the managers but they are not available on Saturdays (their voice mails are full) So you are left on the phone.
Before buying my Audi, I was interested on some other brands (BMW, Lexus, etc) but I selected Audi because I thought the post service should be as good as the pre-sale service… (the pre sale service is awesome… but as soon as you get the car.. the story changes).
My car is a Q5 2022 (still new), suddenly the indicator light is lighted up and for this reason the car does not pass the government inspection.
I can understand that a new car may have a technical failure, but what I believe it is unacceptable is that the only ones who can help you fix the problem show no interest nor respect to help you. It is really disappointing.

I purchased a used 2015 Audi Q5 (from an Internet dealer as I hate dealing with car salesmen) and discovered the Audi side assist (blind spot monitor) is not working. Made an appointment with this dealership and the hourly rate is $167 per hour for the diagnosis. Waited for about 2 hours then they told me they ran computer scans and could not isolate the problem. Now they quoted me another fee (almost $600) in order for them to remove the rear bumper and figured out whether there are broken wires or damaged sensors (could cost couple of thousands). So, I decided to visit a local Audi specialist near where I live and I just had the appointment yesterday . Dropped off at the garage @ 9:15AM and was informed that they will call once they figured out what was wrong. Got a call at 11:15AM and was told the car is fixed. It turned out they ran the computer scan, found A LOT of error codes and thinking the car probably had a dead battery at one point before it was sold to me and they were too lazy or don't know how to reprogram the car. They only charged me 1 hour which was $100. So, if Audi Westwood ran the scan and told me that they have to remove bumper, etc. Does that mean they are incompetent or they lied and try to get another $600 for their second "diagnosis". That could also lead to asking me to replace a sensor which is in the thousands. Since they are an Audi dealership, my guess is they know what they are doing but decided to milk the consumer because they assume all of us are stupid. There is NO WAY if they ran the scan which was what they told me they spent the hour on that they did not pick up the error codes. I cannot stand dishonest businesses and this is definitely a horrible business. I called and try to speak to the service manager yesterday but was told they don't have one and Joel (parts manager) who is covering was going to call me, so far, crickets!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Upon entering dealership, salesman Kevin (whom we had spoken to in the past) greeted us. Very welcoming and accommodating. We test drove a used Q5, loved it but did not agree upon #'s. We were only $490 off. The sales manager Brad came over and we spoke and said we can not lower the vehicle by $1. I said ok but we just drove 70 miles and we are here to make a deal. If we can not agree to this then we will walk out. He gestures to the door and then says and I quote "the door is right there, bye." So we walk out not happy. We go to other dealers that day and my wife states she wants that car. I said fine I call Kevin back and give him $500 deposit over the phone to secure the car. Not less then 10 minutes later he texts me back says the car is on a test drive and he can not go forward until they come back. I am fuming at this point. And at no point does Brad apologize or call us. But I wait patiently because my wife wants this car. So long story short.... the other couple buys the car. We are told basically too bad. No one ever calls us back or offers to help us with another car. I will never ever deal with these "typical used car salesman" ever again. I hope the owner of the dealership gets involved.

I contacted Audi Westwood service Department a couple months ago to get information to find out if my 2017 Q3 that I had recently purchased had a service contract on it. I was asked if I had purchased the vehicle from their dealership which I hadn't. I was informed that I needed to contact Audi USA to find that information out. I then contacted Audi of Warwick with the same questions and within minutes I had all the answers I was looking for and that I had a 50K service contract on my Q3. I attempted to schedule the 30K mile service and was informed that it was already completed by Audi Westwood. I then contacted Westwood again and asked for the Service Manager and was connected to him. I explained to him what had happened and I formed me that I was his service rep was wrong and apologized for it. He then explained that his Department has done service on my vehicle in the past would appreciate me using his Service Center for all my future service needs, I told him I would. On March 7, 2020 I contacted Westwood Service to schedule my 40K mile service on my Q3. I spoke to a woman from the service center and gave her my vin#. I asked her what my 40K service was going to consist of and she put me on hold for several minutes before returning and said an oil change, brake flush and filter change and it would be a $580.00 charge. I then explained that I had on service contract and asked her to double check to make sure they had my records correct. She told me that I needed to do that when arrived with the vehicle in person as she didn't have access for that information. I then informed her to cancel my service if she couldn't let me know so I wouldn't be responsible for the 580.00 and waste time bringing my Q3 there and not having service done if it wasn't covered. She said that's fine and we hung up. I then called Audi of Warwick and within a minute they confirmed I have a service contract, that the service will take approximately a half a day to complete and set up a loaner for me. They made me feel appreciated and confident my Q3 will be in good hands. I will not contact Westwood again for any of my service needs. A customer should never have to deal with a manager each and every time in order to be treated properly. The sad part is that my Girlfriend is in the market for an Audi now and Westwood has one she is interested in by will not bring our business there.

If I could give zero stars I would. My Q went in for tires was told I needed brakes because my Q was dangerous to drive with the brakes I had. So I paid over $3200 for those services only to have my Q returned to me with problems I never had before. They kept my car almost 3 weeks telling me they weren't able to recreate the issues. They dropped my Q off and then my MMI system wasn't working. It's ruined. They're telling me it's something different that they didn't cause this problem. They want $1900 to fix it. Are you kidding me!

Terrible. Initially came in for a battery light that was deemed the serpentine belt. The light was off for about 4 days then my whole instrument cluster short circuited, the whole process seemed shady, as I told Jeff I was coming to talk to him less than a mile away when he told me additional work was needed and when I got there (I was turning in the lot) he was gone to lunch or home. Coincidence. Contacted them that next Friday for service on instrument cluster, I emphasized my need to go to work and they told me wait until Wednesday and id have a loaner. Surprise, I show up to drop the car they tell me to sit, I told them I just wanted to drop it off and get a loaner I had to go to work, they had no available loaners they had given them all away. Then they moved my car out the shop, I was there for about 45 minutes now and I didn't know why. After 15 minutes they asked do you want a loaner or are you going. (I never told anyone I was leaving because the work needed to be done) apparently Jeff told them take the car out he's leaving, but when I asked him he denied it and said it was a "miscommunication" in my frustration I spoke with the lady who asked about the loaner, explaining my situation from Friday the 19th until today 31st and she clearly had no interest didn't even pretend the answer I got was uhm uhm uhm and she didn't even look at me. I told her that you clearly don't care what I'm saying by your responses and she relayed that I said she had a bitchy attitude lol (which I didn't) Jeff then proceeded to try and come out and yell at me lol which makes no sense in a customer service aspect, but that was shut down quickly as he didn't expect me to say anything back lol All in all I'll never go there again. Although the service manager was a nice guy he didn't want to act on the complaints rather move passed them. sales there did everything they could as I chose to lease a new car instead of fixing my S5

My S5 had a recall out for the catalytic converters, given the good reviews I had seen for Audi Westwood I decided to give them a call to service my vehicle. They were very professional and helpful. I dropped my car off and was given a loaner vehicle of my choice free of charge. The gentleman Jeff that I worked with was very polite and answered all of my questions around the service and timeline for repair. They completed the repair in only 24 hours, a great turn around time if you ask me. The dealership should detail the loaner vehicles before giving them to a customer. My loaner had coffee spilt all over the console and passenger seat when I received it. Minor detail but given the brand image you would expect a clean vehicle. Now for the interesting part, I have a dash cam mounted in my vehicle that is automatically turned on once the car is started. The camera recorded the technician texting and driving and talking on the phone during the test drive in a rainstorm. It also recorded him discussing the repair with some party on the phone. These specific S5's require the transmission to be removed for this recall if it is a manual which mine is. He discussed with his friend on the phone that "he found a way around not removing the transmission and still gets paid the full 12 hours of labor". All the power to him if the repair can still be performed properly without removing it but this just shows them cutting corners and trying to make a faster turn around. His driving style was also a bit aggressive, the car is modified and is very loud but that doesn't give the tech the right to beat on my vehicle. To top it all off, after driving around for a bit the tech noticed the dash cam was recording and turned it off as if he had something to hide, laughing during the process. This is your typical car dealer bullshit that us individuals who actually care about our vehicles try to avoid. I wouldn't recommend these guys given there service. The staff is very nice and accommodating but that doesn't mean s**t unless the techs are repairing vehicles properly. They also reset my service reminder for upcoming service in 1,000 miles. I'm not sure if this is just a coincidence or they just assume I'm going to say "ohh it says I need service let me bring the car back in". I maintain my vehicles to the T. I don't see anything that needs to be done in 1,000 miles, smells fishy to me honestly...

Jeff Lloyd is a pleasure to work with, clearly a season veteran who knows his stuff! Everything from scheduling the appointment, to picking up the loaner, to getting updates on the vehicle, and picking up my car after a complimentary wash and vacuum was smooth and effortless. Jeff is a true professional and a model for what Audi service advisors across America should be like. Audi Westwood has a beautiful show room and an enormous service drive which allows you to come in to pick up your vehicle sheltered from rain or snow or a mixture of both because it is New England after all. I worked for Audi for over six years and know dealerships in the area very well and will now service my vehicle exclusively at Audi Westwood because of Jeff Lloyd. Do yourself a favor and ask for him by name when you call the service department. Let him know Jon Miranda sent you and he'll roll out the red carpet, as usual, upon your arrival.

Had a question about my S5 called service Mike picked up, I tried to get as much information as possible about the wheel grind that I get at lower speeds he seemed like he wasn't to interested in giving to much information and help after all hung up the phone rudely. Not the service I expect to receive for a $60k vehicle.

Buyers beware I brought my car to a local mechanic that did not want want to repair the electrical issue that my 40,000 mile A6 had. So he brought it to Prime Audi and they had it for a week, then said it was a brake switch so I paid them for the repair and left only to see the same problem happen. I called them and notified them it has the same problem as it was brought in for and thy said just bring it back. So I did just that, it has been another 10 days and I just called them only to find out that nothing has been repaired and that I now need to replace my battery that died while trying to start the car. They refuse to take my call and are refusing to fix the car that I already paid them to fix. This is very bad business. So got to Audi or Natick as these guys are so shady and don't even return phone calls. They have had my car for getting close to three weeks.

Brought my early issue Porsche Cayenne here for servicing for several years; seemed like they were doing a good job and they were very nice. Then had an emergency and had to be towed to a local European repair shop in Brookline, where they did a complete overhaul of my car. They found duct tape holding engine parts together, a fan belt that was about to go that had passed a recent major inspection, a cracked gasket on an engine mount that had also passed a visual inspection, paper towels stuffed in things -- you name it. This is a fraudulent business, don't believe a word they say or trust them in any way to service your car. Am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

The service team that worked on my car changed my waterpump and less then 5k miles later the waterpump failed again. I took it to another shop and had the timing belt and waterpump service done. They saved the parts and said that this was not a new waterpump and looked to be the original waterpump that came with the car. This was very shady and I would HIGHLY recommend not using Audi Westwood for your service needs on your Audi.
