Things have changed at this dealership service department and it’s not for the good. No loaner cars, service is all day even if it’s a two hour job.

Didn’t bother to put the vent back into my console. Maybe the tool was left for me to fix it myself?? Didn’t have a loaner available and wouldn’t get me a rental. Spent about 400 on ubers this week for me to get my car back like this. Never coming here again.
