As I was browsing through the store, I was having trouble finding a bag that I had seen online. An employee with the name Shahnaz was working the register and I decided to ask her for some assistance. Not only did Shahnaz go out of her way to help me find the bag I was looking for, but she also provided me with some additional recommendations based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the store's inventory and her willingness to help me find exactly what I needed was truly impressive.Throughout our interaction, Shahnaz was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. Her positive attitude and excellent communication skills made me feel valued as a customer. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service to Nordstrom Rack's customers. The staff was actually kind and I didn't feel like I didn't belong there, the atmosphere was calming, sleek and fun/exciting. Their product is hot and top of the line and they really care about the customer and others. For those in need they even give big discounts or even free suits. “Customer service nowadays can be a challenge. Both Cheryl and Misty at K&G Fashion Superstore restored my faith in good customer service again. Cheryl though busy took the time to both help me locate pants to suit in my size at another location while also giving me info on someone that may be in a position if at all possible to have pants shipped to store. Misty, Assistant Manager located stores that had pants, called to put pants on hold in addition to sending emails to the Reading and Somerville location. These 2 women gave me a reason to shop in this store again and to tell as many people as I know about the Dedham location!!!”

They have a nice selection of hemp-derived THC, and CBD products that are priced incredibly well for their potency, which is often higher than dispensaries, and does not have the annoying souless dispensary vibe. I've gotten some really interesting pieces here including two unique blouses, a couple of dresses (one casual and one dressy), a really cool jacket, and a truly unique, keep them forever, pair of black pants. I also purchased a very interesting, muted yellow leather pocketbook. Love it here. Will come back over and over. The service is outstanding. It can be hard for me to get over my normal don't want to talk to anyone, shop myself norm. I finally let them make some suggestions and boy am I glad I did! They are incredible at finding things for you and in most cases they were things I would not have tried on yet when I did I loved them. And they are not pushy at all. There are so few places where you can go and find good clothes that you can actually try on vs searching online. I will make the very long drive here over and over. Well worth the trip.”
