poor customer service. No access to chat with any representative online for service. I've been waiting for hours on phone to talk with someone to deal with the payment charged on the bank account that I've closed.

Was away for a MONTH on vacation with everything unplugged at home and no electricity running. Returned to find a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL. Spent last couple days trying to get in contact with support over the phone but the wait times are always over an hour and I've been hung up on at least five times.
