My son and I went to Five Below for a very specific toy he had in mind. The staff member went above and beyond. She was so friendly and patient with us. We were so happy with our experience and will be back soon.

Very nice and bright Five Below store. Went to get some stuff for our home office and they had exactly what we needed at great prices. I love the store's roominess and bright lights. It makes shopping a pleasure. Not many cashiers working, so it took a bit to check out.

The staff at Five below are always friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Nancy at the Westwood store in MA. I was looking for a particular toy for my god daughter and I was so surprised when Nancy at five below inquired if I needed it right away or could I give her a couple days to see if another store had it. I even told her I didn’t expect her to do that but to my surprise as promised she called me back with not one but two different versions of the toy. That is customer service at the highest level. Thank you Nancy! You made a little girls Christmas wish come true!

We love going to five below at all malls or plazas we see one. They are all pretty similar but I like this the most add it had several self checkout lanes and they're is never a wait. Even when there are several people posting and having issues scanning, they always have someone there to help and at least 10 machines to checkout. Wet rarely go in there with something specific we want, but even when we do go for something specific, we always end up leaving with things we weren't planning to get that we see and thought.. This is cool. Clean store, larger than most and no wait.

Excellent, clean, well-stocked store with large full length windows - sunny. Manager Nancy & staff members were very friendly & helpful.
