Lorraine is friendly, professional and very helpful. I give her the color scheme and my budget and she takes it from there and I'm always wowed! Lorraine sends me a text to confirm delivery as well as attaching pictures of the flowers which is such a nice touch! I highly recommend!”

Shame on me, but I ordered same day delivery (from a different florist) for my anniversary. I was informed by said florist at 3:51PM that they were unable to complete the order and deliver to my wife's work by the time she left at 5:30. Thanks for the notice!
So I reached out (without high hopes) to these guys at 4:11 to see if they could come through on a hail mary for me. The associate, Kevin who answered the phone was very sympathetic even though they were not at fault by any means, and long story short, my wife has the bouquet by 5:19. It didn't hurt that she was basically within walking distance of the store, but still that type of customer service is commendable and should be recognized.”
“Fern is a florist located near Prudential Center, making custom bouquets as well as selling individual flowers to suit whatever needs you may have.
I came in without an order, and the staff were friendly with assisting me find the flowers I needed. One downside is that I couldn't see any prices clearly labeled, but that didn't really detract from the experience. The flowers were amazing and it is a great spot to get a wide variety of flowers on short notice.”

“Went in on Valentine's Day while they were closing.... whole family was in the shop and this was such a wholesome and welcoming experience.
The mom was hilarious and the whole family did a great job helping me out and staying open late to do so!
They ended up selling out everything that day, but still found a way to get me a few roses after showing up unannounced.
