Stephen is the absolute best! The wait was an appropriate amount of time. I was then met with a smiling face. I was VERY cranky coming in to the store since I spent almost 2 hours trying to get virtual help from Xfinity with no resolution. I may have been in the store for 15-20 minutes and had everything fixed. Don’t hold the virtual help and in-person help to the same standard. Stephen is an Asst Manager so I could only imagine his professionalism and efficiency trickles down the chain. 10/10. I will now stop trying to convince my mom to switch back to Verizon because of this in person experience today.

I was here twice last week to swap out some cable gear for my Mom's account. They were really excellent for their service mentality. Busy or not, they managed to smoothly handle the customers, get them to the right helper, and addressed their concerns.

Only way this review got 2 stars is because of the nice young man who greeted me. I was there for the 2nd time in a few months. The crappy remote with the rubber center button falls apart (no we don't have kids). So...he told me that they have a low stock of remotes and the BEST way to get a new remote is to bring in the whole tv box to the store since they give them out as a pair. WHAT??? How about make a quality product that does not break??! PS: the lady behind me was also there for new unbroken remotes! We all pay way too much for the service...least Xfinity could do is make a better remote.
Wow...see the store responded with a " thank you link" But NO response to the problem.

We had the best customer experience of our lives today with Kai and Brian at the Westwood Xfinity location. They went above and beyond to help my friend fix a few iPhone related issues. They were knowledge, kind, calm and incredibly patient with us for over four hours. English is my friend’s second language and they took the time to translate every complicated issue to her. As frustrating at the issue was, it was almost erased by how grateful we were for Kai’s and Brian’s kindness and determination to help us fix the problem. 10/10 — Xfinity, this team should run your trainings!

Wow! What an experience I had here at the Xfinity store in Westwood MA. The team was friendly and personable. They helped me save so much money on my cable services. The store is clean with nice music. The managers are helpful and great at their job. I was so stressed before I vistied this location because my experience with customer service over the phone was not the best. I also switched over 4 lines from T Mobile! I am saving over 78 dollars a month! If you're looking for a great store to visit, please go to Xfinity in Westwood MA.

We’ve never had a better customer service experience anywhere. As two “senior” customers, we needed detailed guidance without any up-selling or pressure. Kai delivered that along with patience and expertise making our choices simpler than anticipated. He went to extraordinary lengths contacting and speaking to all the participants on our family plan to explain changes. I wish I could clone him.Thanks, Kai.

I just went to return my phone that I just bough on July 26 because worker there convinced t to get a new iPhone ,I told ok I will do it but I need i to take i to Europe , I will need to call my daughter from there but the phone wasn’t working at all ,I go back t to them but Manager said he will fix up but I went home and still didn’t work ,I decide to go back to Verizon’s who i just left less that a month because t Comcast convinces to change to them ,I call comcast from Verizon’s store to know if I can return the phone ,said yes after look in my account ,bring the phone to store but now store don’t want take saying is a month but didn’t want take before ,I was so frustrate because I have Párkinson that I faint at the Store

Internet essentials from Comcast is a great program 9.95 a month if your on food stamps etc but they want to get you to have more services when I went In to pay my bill they wanted me to sign up for cell service of course but I’m all set with the prepaid I have… like I said the $10 a month internet is great!!! But stop trying to get me to get more services!!! If there was no internet essentials I wouldn’t have Comcast anything ! Sorry comcast

I had a fantastic experience at this store. Tatiana helped me get a new phone. She switched my plan over for me. Easy peasy!!
She also went out to the parking lot and paired it to my car for me!! She's was a GREAT help!!
