Great place to buy a used car. Shane is a pleasure to deal with…no nonsense, straight up, and extremely helpful. I plan on returning to 777 Auto whenever I have a need for a used car. And with two teenage kids about to drive, I’ll need all the help I can get.

Friendly and easy to make a deal with. Shane is a good guy. If I needed to buy another car I'd see what they had on the lot. Now I just have to get MY new car away from my wife.

Purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima and the car was handed over with the gas light on, zero windshield wiper fluid, one wiper broken and although it had been vacuumed, it had not truly been cleaned on the inside or out as the dash area was covered in dust and the outside was very dirty and had several surface blemishes that came out very easily with a quick professional detail. The no windshield wiper fluid thing made me nervous about other fluids and it was a good thing as I brought it in for an oil change and I was told the engine coolant was dangerously low as well. I understand that none of these items are technically a necessity when selling a used car, but it just seems like a little better customer experience should be had and little things like gas in the tank, fluids being checked/Topped off and the car being detailed should be minimum standards in 2025. I came to 777 because as a small business owner myself, I like to support other small businesses in the area. Unfortunately, this experience was a mistake and Im pretty sure had I gone to a larger, more reputable dealership that all the items I mentioned above would have been done as part of the experience. Lesson learned on my end.

I bought a used Camaro online from these guys, and had no issues at all. Their service was excellent, and they shipped my car to me immediately. A very friendly and reliable staff!

I had great service, they needed to call me back. It was as soon as they could usually within five minutes. Everything was breeze very easy. People are very attentive would definitely go there again, much better than other used car places I have been to.

I drove two hours to look at thier 2015 Audi A8l. The vehicle was brought around and I proceeded to do a basic inspection. It was in great shape. When I opened the trunk lid, water poured out from inside the lid into the trunk. I was told it would be repaired, so I left. Fast forward a couple of weeks. Someone else bought the car and i'm told there was never a leak. I decided to write this review at that point. Hopefully, the owner of the car gets it repaired before it causes damage.

Purchased a 2015 audi A8 sight unseen the car was as advertised and endorsed by my salesman Shane. Had the car delivered to my doorstep and it was as advertised beautiful in and out. For anyone looking for a good car, take a look at this dealership. Have my eye on another car at this dealership. I would rate the 10 out of 10 with there customer service being unheard of great 👍

We had a good experience buying a used car for my daughter. Shane was helpful and responsive. The only thing that was a downfall for us is that 777 doesn’t have a person/runner to take care of the registration process like a lot of other places do, so it was quite a bit of back and forth to the dealership.

Shane & the sales team were very customer friendly and sold me a 2017 Volkswagen GTI which I am highly content with and no issues or concerns after driving 2,200 miles since last month. This was also my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state and only reviewing the pictures on the website before purchasing. Shane and the team were top notch and worked to satisfy every need. I have bought many high end cars just like the Mercedes I acquired from 777. They are as good or better than any dealers with whom I have worked; quick to reply, willing to work to resolve any issue. I bought the car sight unseen and had it delivered….everything worked out as promised. I couldn’t be happier.
