Went into the store on a Saturday — there were only a few people inside. Stood for 10-15 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was standing there. Decided to head to another store, so can’t recommend this one at all.

AT&T in Weymouth is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have had AT&T for well over 20 years and I have never had such positive experiences as I’ve had at the AT&T store in Weymouth. I have worked with Eddie, Monet and Another young gentleman, sorry I do not remember his first name.
They are all patient and kind and Extremely knowledgeable and educated about their products and services. After visiting the store three times for one particular issue and multiple phone calls to the store, they were able to resolve the issue and set my daughter up with a new business account phone number. I can’t say enough positive things about the three of these employees. They deserve raises, I’ve seen them handle two or three customers at a time with ease, grace, and professionalism. Terrible customer service for a new customer one rep starts helping me with an issue then shifts me to customer service got hung up on call back the store rep didn’t want to help definitely won’t visit this location
