Went to this store to get a new phone for my mom. The salesperson named Tatyana W. showed us a $600 phone that was in stock which we DID NOT want. We told her we wanted a cheaper one. We found one that was under $200 and said that's the one we want. She said it was out of stock so we had to order it. When I got the emailed receipt, I saw the $600 phone was ordered!! We were very clear about which phone we wanted. And why would she order the $600 phone that was in stock? By mistake? Seems very dishonest! I tried to cancel the order but they could not cancel it until it's been charged. This was a bad experience. We'll be going to a different store.

One of the sales reps, Tatyana W. Allowed someone to finance devices to my account. Definitely didn’t do what she should’ve done and ensured that she was either on the right account or verifying the ID ? I live in a different state. Great job!

I drove by a sign out front that said free phone cleaning. I pulled in, and not only did I get my phone and my pods cleaned, but I left with a brand new phone for 10.99 a month… MIC DROP…. Teresa was more than helpful. She knew what I wanted when I didn’t!!!! Thanks AT&T

Great customer service very helpful!!! Shondreaka took her time and made sure everything was done correctly. Wnet into the store get a phone for my daughter she was able to assist and also update my line to better promotion. Great Manger for this location!

Best experience ever at this location! Tye (sp?) and his manager were so helpful. It was obvious that they worked well together and cared about their customers. They addressed every customer that came in and took care of everyone while multi tasking with my needs. I've always noticed that they run this store lean on customer service reps, but they really did their best to help everyone

Dreaka was a excellent customer agent in the Quincy Ma. Store. I came in April 5th and Dreaka gave up her dinner time just to help her customers and me. I had to tell all management how lucky you are to have such a exceptional employee. Donna Teed

Jay was amazing solved my issues? Upon editing; AT&T SUCKS! After 12 yrs there and needing to change provider's they took my phone # and refused to unlock it. Needless to say, losing a number I had for 10 yrs really can screw things up re: accts like Facebook, contacts etc....a bunch of money grabbers. That's what AT&T is all about!

I was I. Today to receive a new phone and I was so impressed with the service from Dreaka and Shyra they girls set everything up for me and made sure all my concerns were taken care of before I left the store. All employees should be like them.

What a terrific and totally positive experience! We've been with AT&T since the MA Bell days. So We've experienced the good, bad & forgetaboutit in service! The best, most patient & capable AT&T customer "caretaker" ever, was Shondreaka R. Nowadays there is no more nerve wracking experience, than to entrust your old phone, to be converted to a new one (gifted, not even bought there!), when you are non savvy, tech phobic Boomers! Dreaka was so gracious and capable that as other customers came in, although she was focused on us, they were well received! Probably, we'll return soon for Direct TV, as provider conversion anxiety and customer service, won't be an issue with this Store's crew.

We were walking up to the door at att 208 main st weymouth to buy 2 new phones. One agressive worker ,putting the misspelled sign up and locking the door in our face at 5:15 pm , sign said closed til 6:15 with 2 workers in the store. They close at 7 pm for the night. The other worker leaning up against the wall laughing , knowing we were disappointed, they could have let us look at the phones, while they were taking their break, or said sorry. I pointed to the misspelled word and one started flipping us off , swearing at us , they were laughing and going off for no good reason. Very unprofessional, rude and disgusting behavior. I have been an att customer for many years, believe 2005. If att reviews the cameras, they will clearly see the 2 women (not) working. Laughing swearing and flipping us off. We started to drive away, then turned around to use a different exit to go to another store, the aggressively obnoxious one ran around window to window flipping us off. Oct 12, 2022
