“I had been having problems with my car for months. 3 warning lights would come on when I was driving. I took my car to my usual mechanic and they repaired what they thought was the problem, however, it did not repair the problem.I brought it back and they tried something else, but the warning lights persisted. I then thought a fresh set of eyes might solve the problem, so I brought my car to a garage near my office and they tried their fix, but it did not work. I was told that if their first fix did not work, the problem may need a costly repair. I was talking to a neighbor and relay my concerns about whether anyone could fix the problem and he suggested Ted's Tranmissions and General RepairI dropped my car off and within an hour they diagnosised the problem. They recommended I bring it to Sullivan Tire for an alignment. None of the other shops had suggested an alignment, so I figured at this point what did I have to lose.I got the alignment and I am now light free!I would recommend Ted's to anyone who is having getting answers for a problem with their car. They are wonder diagnosticians and I am sure they would be great at repairs, it they could have repaired my car.”

The third time my anti brakes lock and my car was stuck. So I got it tow to the nearest mechanic shop. (Major brand company). I told them I had my own mechanic shop , I just need the diagnosis from them. I actually saved money by letting Ultimate Auto Care fix it plus the tow. This is a family,friendly, knowledgeable repair shop. The hospitality unmatched. While they finish working on your car . they order you some food. And they got the beautiful uplifting spirit of a mom who came with sweet fruit dessert. I highly recommend this place. Just give them a shot Nick and Frank will treat you like FAMILY.”

“I was referred to Manny's Complete Auto repair. I had a smell of gaswhen I would go to the gas stations, but saw nothing leaking? I brought my truck into a transmission shop for an estimate to repair an issue, and they did not inform me that they discovered this gas leak even though it was in the air on a car lift.I took my Yukon to Manny. He called me back right away and said,"your gas line is leaking above your Catalytic Converter" and your truck could have caught on fire (up in smoke).The new gas lines were installed and I'm so impressed with how this disaster was overted.Honest shops are hard to find these days. “I can't say enough about Washington Street Motors. Chris and the Mechanics go above and beyond to make their customers have a clean and safe vehicle.I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 91k miles. Chris got me an extra year on the 4yr warranty to 5yrs. Not only that, my Jeep ended up needing $5,000 worth of work in parts. That's not including labor and shop overhead. 2 parts were on back order and shop manager(I believe) didn't stop looking. Found both parts and overnighted them both. I believe the shop manager did everything in his power to overnight the last part needed to finish my jeep in 4 days. My father was a mechanic for 40+ years. “Thanks from Canada, I needed the Carter fuel pump for my MerCruiser 3 L engine rebuild. Shipping it from Canada was impractical so they sold me a rebuild kit and directed me to their online videos of how to do it. Everything fit perfectly, worked perfectly the videos were a fantastic help. I had previously called Carter because that pump is no longer sold by MerCruiser and Carter was no help at all, other than fortunately they directed me here. Thanks again for great parts at a great price and fantastic videos so that I was able to do the job myself.”
