“Wanted to wait a bit before reviewing to test out the car and make sure everything was good. I have had it 4months now and put 5k miles on it with no issues except for a light bulb going out but that's usual wear. Pierre, the salesman was very nice and easy going. Their service was fast and communication was good.This is not a place where you are pressured to buy. They have a great selection. The prices are below what other dealers charge. All cars on the lot are open for you to go in and look inside. Do not expect a salesman walking you through the lot and showing you and trying to sell you on cars. You look for yourself then go to the salesman.10/10 experience. Would recommend coming here.”

“I came in spontaneously to have my brakes checked. The location of the driveway into their shop is a little confusing as there are “do not enter” signs on that same street but it’s totally fine as long as you quickly drive straight in. They took me in immediately with one hour till closing time and was able to confirm what was going on just by looking at the area of significance and then called to see if they had the parts, told me how long it would take, and gave me a quote in less than 10 mins. They were incredibly efficient and even gave me a few suggestions as to other things that may be going on with my car- a strut issue and something in the rear. They didn’t pressure me at all. They were incredibly informative and affordable; none of those extra fees included. I wish I could tip them!! I decided to walk to the mall (22 mins) to wait while they fixed my car. They came to pick me up from the mall! They even fixed my stroller which my husband got stuck somehow. ?Incredible service. Small business, probably family owned. I appreciated that I came in for one thing and I left with that one thing. When it comes to auto repair, it can get expensive (as I have experienced with other maintenance appointments). You go in for an oil change and you come out with 5 other things that “needed to be done” and next thing you know, you’re paying $600 instead of the $80 you planned for. I will continue to be a customer as long as I live here in Braintree.”
