I went in for a brake and rotor replacement, expecting to hear the usual “you need to replace both front and rear.” But instead, they took a quick and professional check and told me right away that only the rear brakes and rotors needed replacing.

“I truely feel comfortable trusting Sullivan Tire in Braintree to handle whatever my car needs. I drop the car off and pick it up completed with competence and fairly priced. I recently had my Mazda 3 towed to the shop when it wouldn’t turn over to start. The battery was fine, the lights came on - the key fob even locked and unlocked the doors. Was it the starter? Hours later they called me having figured out that the key fob battery was not-quite dead. They changed out the battery and bingo, it worked. When I tried to pay, I was waved off with “no charge” generously proclaimed. They used their wits and common sense on my behalf instead plowing into an unneeded and expensive part replacement. I offer my highest praise.”

“Nader is very kind and helpful, and I also judge him to be fair and trustworthy. We have done a number of different services here from a basic oil change and inspection, to brakes and alternator. He got our car running smoothly after a break down, and we were able to take a road trip to Virginia and back with no issues whatsoever after getting service here. Based on this and more, I would highly recommend Quality Fuel and Services. By the way, the gas station is full service, which is so nice in the winter. Tip the worker when you can - it's cold out there! ?
Edited to add: Nader is so generous and compassionate. Also, idk what kind of interactions you all are having, but the gas station attendants, including the older man, are gems. All very very kind. I am wondering if people are misinterpreting his tone because of cultural differences. These people are amazing and this is a great local business that I'm thankful to patronize. “Rear brake line, rear rotor & pads, got fixed at AXP after being referred by Myles from Autozone and I picked up the car yesterday, so far so good and I’m really not sure if the price was “great” but what makes it SUPER for me is that they take AFFIRM, so I was able to pick a 12 month plan and connect my account and I have not paid a dime yet. Point being is I will pay this off by next month how I want to n won’t feel it at all. It was a pleasure working them, James was very nice and although CS left me hanging AXP had my back. It was a very smooth process.”
