Most of the other review on & Yelp here speak for themselves. There’s something to be said about a collision repair shop that doesn’t have a website, but is booked out weeks to months in advance and there’s nothing but exotics and classics in the driveway.. Bob’s Collision is like the inside secret of the South Shore for body work. You have to know the “secret knock” to get into the best place.Meticulous work, super professional, and just an all around genuine group of guys.. heck, they even washed and waxed it before handing the keys back! They do business the right way. I don’t let anyone else touch my car.Services: Painting

Just met with Graham and Glenn today. Had my tailgate popped off my truck bed. Glenn came right out and fixed it. Super friendly. Quick fix today but I would trust these guys if you’re looking at something longer term too.

Oh man! I am so happy with Bob's! They are like the Beverly Hills of auto body repair shops. My car experienced a minor accident in 2021. I had it "repaired" by another shop that basically ruined it. for the next 18 months I had nothing but trouble. I finally convinced the Insurance company to reopen my claim and took it to Bob's. They found the problem and repaired my car beautifully. The gross smell was gone from the trunk and the damage was completely repaired properly. I wish I had brought it here first. I never would have had to go through the 2 year nightmare. Customer service was impeccable. Everyone at the shop was kind and explanatory. The front office is clean and neat and not at all scary to be in. I can't say enough about how positive my experience with Bob's was.Services: Painting

I have been taking my car there for years. They do a nice job and don't give you the car back unless it is complete. They even wash wax and clean the inside of the car before returning it to you. They also handle all the insurance company paperwork.

They do an excellent job from a great repair to a spotlessly clean vehicle when you pick it up.their work looks better than factory when they are done, you wont be disappointed . Everybody there treats you super and very respectful.

Great body work for my car. They had a rental car there for me to pick up when I dropped my car off and they dealt with the insurance company for the reimbursement!Awesome service! The take the additional steps during this covid 19 era and the inside of my car was made pretty fod when I picked it up!Will use again!
