TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My entire experience here was a nightmare. I came in looking to trade 2 devices, also to transfer over from another carrier to open 2 lines. And was told by a rep, Ricardo that "they don't do trade-ins anymore." Which was an absolute lie! I have never heard of such thing from a phone carrier that does not do trade ins. This made me extremely skeptical of how my visit was going to be. He seemed like either he just didn't want to do the trade in process or had no idea and no knowledge to how to do his job, and did not ask for help. No rep at this location wanted to help the customers. They do NOT care about their customers at all. I took the initiative to check online on how much both of my trade in devices would be, and clearly Xfinity online gave me a estimate of the exact dollar amount I would be getting back. I confronted him regarding my estimate I got online and showed it to him, and his response was "oh that must have just changed...because they weren't accepting trade ins months ago." He was completely incompetent at his job, had no knowledge of what he was doing. I asked to speak to the manager, and I was told "there is no manager, he is out today." Which is not acceptable, as there must be a manager on duty while on shift. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours! Absolutely ridiculous!! He also made me type in my information like 4 times! Had no idea what he was doing! I felt so bad for the other customers waiting in line, as there was only 3 reps in the store. The line was almost out the door and no one budged. The wait for those customers was well over 30 mins to 1 hour. There was also 3 other reps who walked in through the door, and did not come help out with the line/other customers. The next day I went to the location in Westwood, and they were able to help me trade in my devices! That's crazy how I was told that XFINITY "doesn't do trade ins anymore." at this location, but yet the rep at another location was able to accept my trade in devices!! They clearly need to re-train all of their staff cause the level of incompetency, lack of professionalism, lack of efficiency and lack of knowledge is just ridiculous! I would NEVER come back to this location ever!!! BEWARE! If you want superior customer care, definitely check out the location in Westwood, MA.

I came into the store and I was upset I had a bad experience with a different rep on Sunday. I thought I was going to cancel my Xfinity service because of this but the representative Shaun clocher was spectacular and went above an beyond for my needs tonight he solved all my problems and left me a very happy and satisfied Xfinity clint. I would recommend Shaun clocher for all of your Xfinity needs and services. he treated me amazingly

Me and my elderly father went there before they opened, waited in line at the door in 15 degree weather , 3rd person to enter, after person after person went before us they said we weren’t on the list, horrible customer service….

I have been trying to start a new service on a new street since December 4th and we still do not have cable or internet. (6 weeks and still waiting) The wires are installed next to the house but due to a paperwork error our address does not register in their system and for over 3 weeks no one in the Corporate offices can find the time to fix this error which is holding up final installation. This takes bureaucratic inefficiency to a whole new level. Beware of Comcast promises.

Worst costumer service worst product and worst service the worst fi never works the cost to have 10 channels is outrageous $116 per month for 10 channels and it's almost impossible to communicate with this communications company I will be buying a new antenna that gets a hundred channels for free and canceling cable

I switched to xfinity a month ago and I confirmed that the internet was unlimited many times before switching. After I started using it, they told me that I had a daily internet limit. Is this a joke? And when I talked to the customer representative, they said that they could not help about this issue. If you really want to use the worst internet in America and switch to xfinity and live the regret of your life your are free.

Sorry in advance if I messed up the spelling, but Lindon (sales assoc) and Jalen (store manager) were absolutely great! My wife and I went in for new phones on Black Friday. We made an appointment online and Lindon gave us his full attention and helped throughout the process. He answered any questions I had about my account, the phones, and the billing. He was patient as we transferred the data from the old phone to the new. Jalen was a courteous manager. I noticed he kept people moving, delegating his staff to take care of the customers who each had different needs. He was patient with frustrated customers and respectful to the older ones. He even took care of a transaction for a senior and made sure the gentleman was seated comfortably during it! Thanks again Lindon and Jalen!

If I had a choice, I would not use xfinity. Customer service is so slow, and disorganized. Called the company many times to ask question about in person appointment, they told me to go to the store to make an appointment and when I went to the store, the agent told me to called them directly. What do you want me to do then???

Bad customer service. When you get a phone, make sure you tell them which model, color, and GB you want before they do the online set up. I went to buy the latest iphone 256 GB pink. The guy was glued to the tv playing that I had to yell out I wanted the pink color while he was heading to the back storage to get me a phone. He didn’t even ask me what color I wanted, and he heads back to grab one! Then he gets a box and opens his tablet and asks me my phone number. After that, I asked him if it’s the 256 GB. He said it’s the basic one. I asked him if he could get me the 256 GB and he said it’s too late because he already charged the 128 GB one. He says he’ll check if there is a 256GB at the back and says there’s none. I bet he was lying through his teeth. So, make sure you tell them the model, size, and GB BEFORE they grab a phone or else you’ll be stuck with one you did not want. I should have written down the model, color, and GB to the distracted Xfinity employee who is glued to the tv. At least they set the phone up for me, ugh, hence the 2 stars instead of a 1 star.

Worst run business I’ve ever seen. Customer service is so terrible, I watched 3 people get absolutely no help from their reps and all of us had issues caused by xfinity. It’s truly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and it’s an embarrassment that corp lets thing run this way. Joke of a company and office
