Terrible just about every time whether the “pharmacy tech” aka cashier is being nasty, they don’t know what’s in any of the prescriptions and act like any questions are a big inconvenience. That’s aside from when they say order is ready and it’s not, or they are out of stock again.. the list goes on. CVS as a whole is pretty bad. I had one nice gentleman pharmacist here and that’s it.. I don’t get how it’s so bad

Every time I go, the dude at the counter always gives me some excuse as to why he might not be able to do something that I'm asking for. All within his job description I've started to wonder if it's because I'm black.

By far the worst pharmacy experience. Long waits, order is always filled incorrectly, and no option to speak with anyone over the phone. I switched pharmacies and pay out of pocket just to avoid going here

This place is clearly understaffed and the staff is clearly underpaid. I’m switching pharmacies. Multiple prescriptions delayed or canceled from their end and waiting for nearly an hour to get prescriptions. The staff has been nice to me but anyone can tell they’re at the end of their ropes.

This place always takes so long to fill scrips it takes 12 to 30 hours to get 1 , 28 count scrip and they always seem upset that you come to get your prescription then expected you to wait 30 mins for something they had 24 hours to do
I do wanna add that the staff.There is great and nice. And can be very helpful

Every time I go to any CVS to fill my prescriptions, they never have anything in order. I always end up waiting 20 minutes because they usually just don’t fill them. This past time, they gave me the wrong quantity as well and I had to go back and get the other 2 months of pills I should have received the first time.

Literally impossible to get through to the pharmacy over the phone. I've left a voicemail everyday for over a week, called corporate, and still have yet to receive a call back. Glad your pharmacy has no regard for customer service...or customer well being. Not shocked by the countless 1-star reviews.

This is the worst pharmacy. Girl looks like she’s miserable, rude rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs .. get a new job!! Forget prescriptions all the time and have to drive back ..also never have scripts in stock
