Zero stars for this useless pharmacy. They never get anything right. They don’t have prescriptions ready even after you get a text saying it’s ready for pick up. I have never had so many problems with any other pharmacy in my life. I’m switching to a different one asap. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this cvs for your medications!

Left work half an hour early to get my medication, waited in the drive through for 10 mins and when I went inside, Chinese specialist refused to give me my medication because they “closed early” and was super rude! photo was taking after leaving the drive through and still was before 8 o’clock !!!

The pharmacy staff are always very nice and friendly, but appear to be overwhelmed. CVS should make some system improvements to help the staff.

I came to the pharmacy after my Daughter surgery to pick up a prescription! I told the pharmacist it's was sent over hours ago. She said she had nothing. She said just call your doctor again.! I said, are you sure please check! She Said nope! I called to see if they send it to a different pharmacy but the other CVS said that it was at the pharmacy that I was at they are awful and my daughter is in pain. Don't waste your time coming here and now I have to get in line all over again, and the line is long. So the only way to make things right if you want your prescriptions done right it's a call and ask to speak with the manager.

This pharmacy is the actual worst. They take forever to fill your prescriptions and everytime I call I get hung up on! Need to change my pharmacy to anyone else, but them or any other CVS.

CVS has a bad replacement policy…bought a defective item on sale and had to return and repurchase new item at full price.

Terrible service terrible experience, I was charged double what I normally pay for two bags of insulin needles I normally pay 3 to $4 a bag I was charged $12.75 + tax I would very much like someone to contact me regarding a refund and an explanation as to why the barcode on the back does not scan in your computer as it should and why it took three pharmacy staff and yelling across the pharmacy violating my hip rights just to purchase two bags of insulin needles and now I'm still standing in the store writing a review when I want to be home taking my insulin why was there such a terrible experience?!?!?
