Store manager said I am trying to pick up kids????? I’m 46 years old and the staff is off adult age and I was having a friendly conversation about weather. Sue needs to be fired or treated mentally. Terrible

i love this dunkin so much but theres is this one worker or manager with glasses and dark hair who honestly is just nasty and ruins going here. for example today me and my friend went and she randomly started full on screaming at another employee because they were being 'dramatic' she then continued screaming at them to leave and go on break. please talk to this employee because this is very inappropriate and causes stressful experiences.

The manager is verry rude and yelled at the employees that are doing a great job they kicked out my kids for just siting in the Dunkin’s and blaming what the other kids do on them it is uncalled and did not let them in to go to the bathroom telling them to go pee in the bushes and letting older costumers in and locking them out and letting the older costumers in and sit down

Went to pick up a mobile order at this Dunkin location. The order was accidentally put through as a walk-in, rather than drive-thru. Regardless, the employee at the speaker told us we could pull up to the window. Upon getting to the window, we were met with a woman in glasses, presumably a manager. She brashly told us we had set a walk-in order. We apologized for this mistake as she went to prepare our order, remarking that we had messed up their work flow. Although prior to our arrival the store was already very busy both inside and in the drive-thru. She also spat at us that we had simply passed by the speaker on our way to the window, to which we denied and told her we had stopped and were given direction to continue (another employee appeared to corroborate this fact). She gave us our order, speaking in a very petty and dismissive manner. As we pulled away, she again spoke to us rudely, remarking we should "not set it as walk-in next time". I, having worked customer service, understand how stressful it may be. But there is no excuse to treat a customer with this level of disrespect and to level allegations (especially when they are categorically and verifiably untrue). We were nothing but sincere in our apologies and respect, and were met with a unjust resentment and disrespect. Very disappointing.

Possibly a manager wears glasses sparked a snarky tone for no reason. Honest mistake of accidentally setting my mobile order to walk in and I owned up to it. Did stop at the speaker and when we pulled up that woman said to us that we had it set to walk in with a snarky tone. We apologized, then she yells to the other employees that we set it to walk in and didn’t stop at the speaker (which is not fully true - we were told to drive up) and another employee seemed to have verified we did stop. She gives us the order being very petty and then tries to continue the narrative as we start driving away and says “next time stop at the speaker”. Poor display of professionalism, extremely uncalled for, and inappropriate. I understand it’s stressful, I do but we apologized and owned up to it but were still met with snark and disrespect. Not a great experience

In addition to having a renovated drive-thru, this Dunkin's outlet is conveniently located near the East Weymouth commuter rail station. The offerings are typical Dunkin's fast food fare: sugary drinks, empty-carb baked goods, or flash-zapped hot items. Still dependable given the price, plus my mobile order was available when I pulled up - just minutes after I'd punched it in. So, kudos to the folks here for running a smooth operation.Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. Focus solely on the food and drink itself. #stayclassy #stayuseful #noyouarenotanarteeste

Very nice Dunkin’ donuts has very comfortable seating . Very good prices , The workers there are always nice to people. The drive through is always busy on Mondays and Fridays but other than that it is very clean and has a nice environment. ? Parking: Tons of parkingWheelchair accessibility: No stairs

They're usually pretty fast at this location at the time that I go. The service is ok - I do understand sometimes you're tired and you don't want to smile or really talk to customers but I guess technically it is part of the job, but nothing personal.
