All we ordered was two hot chocolates. Somehow the two people working there failed to communicate and got our orders wrong. After we ordered we were asked what our orders were again by another worker who made the hot chocolates incorrectly, and then was rude when we requested that she fix them. The person ringing us up barely spoke out loud to us. This location needs to do better. Very mediocre.

I don't get the fascination of DD in New England. The doughnuts taste like old cooking oil, the coffee has no taste. Never again. Thank goodness we have very few DD on the West Coast. Krispy Kreme and Voodoo are the best!

this location messes up my order every time. decided to try ordering online i got a egg and cheese on a english and a drink. i went in 15 mins after i ordered and these people gave me a sausage egg and cheese on a rye. why yall put the wrong ahh sandwich next to my drink and not even give me no hashbrowns, nothing. the sandwich that was given to me was straight ice cold, not even warm and thrown together so sloppy. yall need to get it together.

I will never go back here they messed up everything and then got mad at me. The lady rolled her eyes at me and then decided to go to the guy that was working with her complaining about me. I got a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade that’s what the paper on the cup said and she was insisting it said green tea which it didn’t then when i ordered I asked for my hot coffee in a large cup so it would spill in the car but when she made it i asked her that’s when she started the eye rolling and talking about me when I was still there there were two boys working there most of the time i was there they barely did a thing and it took longer than it should have. I don’t recommend going here.

Even though this Dunkin's outlet is part of a gas station, you'll find all the usual items you've come to expect: bland coffee, empty processed donuts and baked goods, and ultra-zapped hot items. Service at the drive-thru was efficient, and if you're addicted to their mobile app with all its bonus points and discounts, a big, sugary cup of iced coffee sure comes in handy on a hot, muggy summer day.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

Worst coffee ever and awful attitude. I specifically ask for 6 cream and 6 sugars so that you can't go wrong with a extra extra on coffee and you could tell right when she handed it to me that there wasn't enough cream in it, so I handed it right back and asked for more cream, she gave it back to me with a huge attitude and it didn't even look any different and tasted absolutely awful. This happens at this dunks a lot.
