AAA had Express Towing show up for service in Quincy. 3 hours later than I was told someone would be here. Had to replace a AAA battery that Express put in 4 months ago 8/13/2024 in same Quincy location. My 3 year guarantee battery lasted 4 months because it was a garbage battery refurbished and AAA sticker slapped on it that I paid $200. The person who showed up, Nicholas, had the worst attitude of any human I've ever seen. (Get a different job or an education Nicholas if you don't like being out in the cold). Rude and quite frankly things almost did not end well for Nicholas. Attitude when I showed him the receipt from August that Express put the battery in because "didn't have a record of it". Then Nicholas replaces battery and just leaves. I go out the hood is still up, driver side window down on this 30 degree day and key just sitting on dash. This company is horrible and this guy Nicholas is an awful human (and kind of lucky he just left)

Rude, uncaring. The worst woman on the phone. Ordered through AAA, gave address and name of the business where the car was in the parking lot. After a 10 min delay from scheduled pickup I see their truck leave the business next door. Called company directly and explained what happened. Claimed I was a no show (car won't move so it's impossible) and driver was already on-site somewhere else (just saw him drive away). Asked how soon I will get picked up and was told I was at the bottom of the list, they were slammed and they didn't know when they'd get to me

I got into the accident and had the car towed to this place by the state police ordered. The next day, I wanted to get the stuff out of my car and have the towed to my body shop was a nightmare. First of all, they don't accept credit card or check which is understandable. When you pay cash, you have to pay exact amount as they don't have change for you. We asked for the amount so we can prepared by phone. No, they didn't give us the amount until we get there. Then I sent a request to AAA to have my car towed to the body shop. Unfortunately, the order was picked up from them. They towed my car to the wrong address. Not the same address that I requested.

I'm pretty sure you have to have a record of driving infractions to drive for this company. Not only are they rude, but their drivers are dangerous on the road. I'll walk barefoot on hot pavement for 100 miles before I call them for a tow.

Just had a wonderful experience with Express Towing! I came out from a birthday party with my 5year old and my car would not start. First Patrice came and tried to start it with a jump but no luck. Then Jimmy came to tow it back to my house. I am writing not because of the service with my car (which was great) but more of the customer service we experienced. My son has autism and is just now learning how to speak with people in a conversational way and both Patrice and Jimmy were so gracious and kind. It was the sweetest thing, and my son is still talking about them and his ride with "cool Jimmy." So I just was to give a shout out to the kindness shown, the patience and the joy they brought to my son. It is appreciated more than you know!!! Thank you!

I guess I can't really complain. I came home by train after a long weekend in Boston to a completely dead car stuck in an MBTA train station. Battery caput... Unfortunately, it was a holiday, so there was nothing open in my vicinity, I didn't really have any warm clothing on me ( my daughter failed to pack a jacket). I called AAA, and a gentleman from Express Towing showed up to save the day. He was able to diagnose that my battery was pretty much on its way out. He could charge it--but the minute I shut it off, it would probably die again.... He offered to install a new battery that he had on hand. Because I was freezing and knew I needed to get home, I agreed--I took him up on the offer at a whopping $200. This came with a three year guarantee, and he could do it on the spot. My last battery was probably just over $100) The battery installation was supposed to take twenty minutes, but because my battery connector bolts were loose and him dropping tools (because it was so cold), it ended up taking 45 minutes. Overall, I have no real complaints, I got a new battery, and the driver was super nice.... But soon after I got home my battery died again. The wires that connect my car to the battery needed to be completely replaced- I wish I was told that before I bought a brand new battery-because I would have just driven it home and had a new battery and connectors installed for fraction of the price It is what it is.

Called triple A tonight as we accidentally locked the keys in the car. So express towing sent cameron who was coming from Weymouth to our location in Kingston. cameron arrives, and even though the request from triple A noted a lockout, cameron shows up with no tools to unlock the door, so he tried opening it with a flat head screwdriver and the rod to unlock the door, no balloon to hold the window ajar, and in addition the door didn't pull back far enough when pulling on the handle, which further exacerbated the entire problem, and cameron says we need to call a locksmith, but by this time the rink was closing so told him we couldn't wait and he needed to try to get it opened as my son was waiting at the rink that was soon closing and needed to be picked up and we couldn't wait for cameron to go all the way back to Weymouth again to get the proper tools he should of had in the truck to begin with…so he had to try and maneuver to get the door open, in which he ended up scratching my truck…It certainly is hard to find good help these days...I will be sending them a bill to repair the damage and contacting triple a so they do not pay for the service call. I will also be contacting the owner Michael in the morning to make him aware of the service and damage from this episode.

I’m incredibly thankful for the emergency service I had. Unfortunately I don’t know the drivers name but he helped me on route 24 and I had my children also. So non the less I was scared for our safety and he was nothing short of amazing. I realllly can’t thank him enough for all his help.

Driver forced me to take my extension ladder off my truck before he would tow it.What am I supposed to do with my ladder, put it on my Wife's new car? Ridiculous!30 years of having my Company trucks towed for various reasonsand never once did anyone tell me I had to take the ladder off. Also he tilted the ramp so bad it scraped my ball hitch alongthe pavement 2 feet. dont' know yet if it damaged my hitchor bent my frame, I'm having my mechanic look at it.

I called them to ask a question about my vehicle and in response to their greeting on the phone call, I started to explain a situation and begin to ask a question but before I could even finish my sentence they hung up on me. Rude workers.

Your drivers are reckless! I’m driving home from work as one of your drivers was coming off the highway and did not slow down to merge! He almost smashed into me with a huge trailer in the back and did not slow down he went even faster! This is completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional.

Great experience with them today. Matt, the driver, got there very quickly and was friendly and professional.

My friend got into an accident and this is who the state police insisted on calling!! They were so pushy and wanted to charge her $150-300 to tow the car off the highway! He was asking if her dad or friends could pay for it after she already explained that she couldn’t afford it. Disgusting service.
