Tina was great! Answered every question I had (with a smile) and explained the fees, insurance, how to get in and out when she’s not there.. a good deal all the way around. I felt safe walking to the unit, loved the way all the lights come on automatically. A good fit for the requirements needed.

This space was clean and well kept, I left my stuff in storage for 2 years and went back and it was just as I left it, a small smidge of dust! I do wish there was a light in the unit itself, a little dark when I was in unpacking.

We stopped by here on a whim, actually headed to check out another storage facility. We were met by Tina who was friendly, helpful, and informative. Enough so that we decided on the spot to book a storage unit here! We moved things in the next day, and it went seamlessly.

I had exceptional service the Weymouth Extra Storage Space. The woman associate at the front desk treated me with respect, fairness, and attention. Moving is hard. Dealing with stuff is hard. She handled mt situation with such care and professionalism. I highly recommend this specific location to all people, especially women. Thank you.

All these positive reviews about Tina the manager at Extra Space on Washington St in Weymout are right. She was so kind and helpful and accommodating, it made the stressful experience of having to move my stuff into storage less so. She was a beacon of calm professionalism among the chaos of moving day. I had arranged a space through the centralized phone number and it wasn't really working out for the things I was moving and storing. It was deep in the maze of the storage building. Tina was observant enough to notice quickly, and proactively found me a much better storage solution right away, practically without missing a beat unloading.

Extra storage space has a great website with a lot of information and the Weymouth MA office staff was even better at providing customer service. Tina was extremely helpful at answering all of my questions and ensured I could reserve a storage space a head of time. Excellent experience overall!
