I only come here because Lisa is amazing when it comes to waxing my brows.
Lately it has been such a headache just to book an appointment. Now, instead of answering the phone, their “text service” will text you to help set up your appointment. However, this text AI doesn’t recognize wax, waxing, or hair removal as any of the services that are offered. It then tells you to CALL which again, is redirected to their texting service.
I called today to leave a message asking for them to call me back. I got a call almost immediately after leaving the message, made my appointment, and that was that. Three hours later I got another call saying they received my message and I told them I had already spoken to someone and made my appointment. Two hours after that I got ANOTHER call saying they received my message. It seems like nobody knows what’s going on.
I also can’t understand why they can’t answer the phone. I get they can get busy checking guests in and out, but before this texting stuff they would answer and put me on hold, which I didn’t mind.
All in all, service out back is great, but service at the front needs a little work.
