Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Joe Seminara Hair Design Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease in the clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained space. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional — creating an environment that made me feel both relaxed and well taken care of.
It was my first haircut in a long time, since I like wearing my hair on the longer side, and I was definitely nervous about finding a new stylist. But, those nerves quickly disappeared thanks to the outstanding service and care I received. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the exceptional level of service provided.
I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Halpin, and she was amazing from start to finish. Kelly took the time to really listen to my thoughts and goals, walking me through every step of the process to make sure we were aligned on what I wanted. Her patience, insight, and talent truly stood out — and I was very pleased with the end result.
This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch salon visit! Especially for long hair ladies

Booked two separate appointments for available times shown online. Was open till 8pm today, booked available 6:30 and 7:00 online but owner canceled them and left earlier. I called to figure out what happened and apparently owner chooses own hours even though hours are located online and available for booking. If you value your time, I would look elsewhere.

My mother and I both go to this salon. Nikki Mangone is the best. Gives my mother and I the best blonde color ever. My mother goes every 5 weeks and Nikki will never do more then what my mother needs to raise the bill . She is amazing at her job great colorist and cutter and spending time in her chair is like sitting with a close girl friend. I highly recommend her and the salon prices are affordable always parking. It's super clean staff is friendly. Newbury street style salon for half the price

Amazing is an understatement. I saw Nicole for a corrective color after spending 7 hours at another salon to leave with orange hair (I'm a white cool blonde) I walked in with at least 10 different shades of brown, orange and blonde and left within 2 hours with perfect color and a cut. It was like she snapped her fingers and worked magic, completely fixing my hair and making me feel like myself again. Also not to mention she charged me $100 LESS than the woman who originally created the disaster. Can't thank her enough! If you are looking for perfect color, no damage, and a fair price go see Nicole!!!

Excellent experience today with Kirsten ! I got my first full head of highlights and love them. I wasn't great at describing what I wanted and she still was able to give me just what I wanted based on a few different pictures. Highly recommend Kirsten and the salon in general!
