I decided to last-minute book a storage unit rental amidst a move, and I have had a great experience so far at 81 Main Street Weymouth! Bob and Colton are both very friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend! :)

STOLEN MOTORCYCLE🚨‼️ TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS IF YOUR CONSIDERING THIS STORAGE SPACE!!!!!! My husbands brand new red 2024 bmw S1000RR was stolen from this facility (81 main st) Monday June 30th around 3:30 am. I wouldn’t recommend storing your prized possessions here! Management was willing to work with us at first but has become extremely rude and aggressive towards us. We have pointed out multiple breaks in the fence line that can provide easy entry to anyone. This puts all the units and the stuff being stored inside of them at risk. It has been 5 days and there has been no attempt to fix, patch or even cover the damage to the fence line. Bob approached our vehicle as we were checking the fence line and stated that “he doesn’t give a shit about us, that he has over $5,000 worth of property damage due to the break in”. We asked if something like this happened to his personal items wouldn’t he want to know what happened? We then stated he was just an employee that the cost to fix the fence wasn’t coming out of his pocket that the situation is different because we owned the motorcycle and it was worth more than $20,000 not including the helmet, riding gloves and stock mirrors and taillights that were also stolen from the unit. He continued to be aggressive rude and cussing at us with my son in the car. Is this a storage facility you want to put your trust in? I’ll also add that when asked about it he said there’s no need to tell other customers at the facility. He is just trying to protect his cashflow and doesn’t care about you or keeping your belongings safe. Customers of this storage facility should’ve been made aware of a break in so that they would’ve at least had the chance to make a choice about where they choose to store their prized possessions. This company will NOT keep your prized possessions safe and secure. They will not reimburse you and they do not care.

Bob was so helpful, when i first made the reservation and came to the unit he came right out and showed me where I needed to go. He also helped get me into a new unit and it was a flawless transition. He is so pleasant and readily available if you have questions!

Rented a unit here a few months back. Send it up for the auto pay much to my surprise with no notification of fair warning they doubled the cost of the rental unit. I wasn't very happy about this in my opinion. Bait and switch type of deal. After complaining a bit they did take a few dollars off. Just doesn't sit right with me what time do double the cost of a unit out of the clear blue.
