Paid $200.00 to have a painting framed.
The metal frame ( silver) has turned a copper molted color.
Michaels takes no responsibility for the discoloration of this frame work.

I wish they all castor the same products. I was very surprised to see material at one location and none at another. Also they don't carry macrame supplies. The items the do sell is not of good quality.

I have been a loyal customer for years. My visit last week was frustrating. The clerk told me if using a credit card to self check out. My rewards account did not pull up (and the person behind me had same issue). Cleark advised to start over. I left line and tried to figure it out. But ultimately checked out with no assistance. Today I was again advised to check myself out. On top of that… the wreath I bought fell apart! Super disappointed in quality of what I bought and the service provided.

Today I went to the local Michael’s looking for supplies for my grandson’s Five Nights at Freddie’s helmet project and we were helped by the most awesome employee, Logan. Logan has serious costume creation skills and helped us find everything we needed as well as helping my grandson with details of project design. And, by the way, I have always had great shopping experiences at this store and their employees. I go there a lot and love this store. Thank you again Logan!
