I was very happy with my experience at the Minute Clinic in Weymouth. The practitioner was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to listen to me as I described my symptoms and responded respectfully. She seemed to really care about my well being. Highly recommend to others

Went in for an appointment, for 30 minutes Dr. tried to enter my insurance information into the system then got fed up and said she couldn't do it and I left.

I had a great experience. I did not have an appointment, but the practitioner made time for me anyway, and within 30 minutes I had the prescription I needed, along with my flu/covid shots. The facility was clean and the practitioner was polite, respectful and efficient.

My elderly mother went to your minute clinic today and was treated horribly. I am literally sitting on the phone trying to walk her through taking a Covid test because the person there refused to help her. As a provider and her daughter I am appalled. She said the provider there was very rude and unhelpful. Just another reason why I will tell all my patients never to use your store or clinic. I cannot entrust you to take care of anyone I care about. I am absolutely disgusted. I am away from her and cannot get there to help. I will be contacting corporate as well. Do me a favor - leave healthcare because you obviously do not care about people.

Never again. CVS should just give up the offering of clinical consults if the quality of care is this bad. Kathleen was rude and didn’t even wear a mask (in her windowless box) to look IN MY MOUTH. I feel sorry for her as a “provider” because she clearly hates her job.
I was “prescribed” something bogus that won’t address my issue and even the pharmacist who filled the prescription was concerned. Won’t be following this woman’s reckless recommendation which was just a google search result.
Her inability to provide basic screening is dangerous and i’m filing a formal complaint.

Went for my flu shot and covid booster. To say the woman working there had general disdain for her job and me would be an understatement. She asked if I was getting just the flu shot, I replied saying I had booked both flu and covid. Her response was a huge audible sigh. I told her if she could only do one that was fine to which I received no response. She just begrudgingly went ahead and administrated the shots. I really didn't mind the fact that she was three appointments behind, to which I received no apology for the extended wait time, the only thing that got to me was her utter lack of professionalism. Perhaps she isn't cut out for this line of work.

I made an appointment here because of the availability and Weymouth is close but never again. It was Tuesday and I felt really sick, I felt dizzy, I had severe chest pain with a deep burning cough, also an occasional fever of more than 100°F that had started since Sunday... after the doctor's examination, she gave me three Covid tests, infection and influenza, all of them came back negative... and the doctor sent me home with Tylenol and salt water.. her diagnosis was flu.The hours continued to go by I continued alone with Tylenol, I couldn't sleep lying down because I couldn't breathe, on Thursday I went to the doctor again (emergency room) and they couldn't believe that I didn't have a single serious treatment..The diagnosis was severe laryngotracheitis, with the trachea totally inflamed, they immediately treated me with an intense dose of antibiotics, a respirator for more than 10 days.I write the review because it's very irresponsible to minimize patients' symptoms and not pay enough attention to detail, it's total negligence, fortunately I can talk about it but I can only imagine it would have been a child, wow I don't know how they can work in this delicate area and take things so lightly.And guess what, three weeks later I received a bill of almost 500 dollars, what a shameless thing.Beware of this clinic please.

Arrived on Wednesday to have a rapid results COVID-19 test. Despite some computer issues which at first prevented me from being able to take my test, the NP Carol Slanetz went above and beyond to make sure I was able to take the test that same day. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated!!!

Well that’s funny! I left a negative review of this clinic about a year ago and it appears to have disappeared. ??? Well, I’m back again with the same comment: terrible service at the minute clinic. NOT worth going to at all. Rude doctor. Inconsiderate. Zero bedside manner. They’re there to punch in and out each day, and that’s about it.

Love this pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to help and assist in chasing prescription refills from the doctors. Always friendly and upbeat too!
