Went for my flu shot and covid booster. To say the woman working there had general disdain for her job and me would be an understatement. She asked if I was getting just the flu shot, I replied saying I had booked both flu and covid. Her response was a huge audible sigh. I told her if she could only do one that was fine to which I received no response. She just begrudgingly went ahead and administrated the shots. I really didn't mind the fact that she was three appointments behind, to which I received no apology for the extended wait time, the only thing that got to me was her utter lack of professionalism. Perhaps she isn't cut out for this line of work.

I made an appointment here because of the availability and Weymouth is close but never again. It was Tuesday and I felt really sick, I felt dizzy, I had severe chest pain with a deep burning cough, also an occasional fever of more than 100°F that had started since Sunday... after the doctor's examination, she gave me three Covid tests, infection and influenza, all of them came back negative... and the doctor sent me home with Tylenol and salt water.. her diagnosis was flu.The hours continued to go by I continued alone with Tylenol, I couldn't sleep lying down because I couldn't breathe, on Thursday I went to the doctor again (emergency room) and they couldn't believe that I didn't have a single serious treatment..The diagnosis was severe laryngotracheitis, with the trachea totally inflamed, they immediately treated me with an intense dose of antibiotics, a respirator for more than 10 days.I write the review because it's very irresponsible to minimize patients' symptoms and not pay enough attention to detail, it's total negligence, fortunately I can talk about it but I can only imagine it would have been a child, wow I don't know how they can work in this delicate area and take things so lightly.And guess what, three weeks later I received a bill of almost 500 dollars, what a shameless thing.Beware of this clinic please.

Arrived on Wednesday to have a rapid results COVID-19 test. Despite some computer issues which at first prevented me from being able to take my test, the NP Carol Slanetz went above and beyond to make sure I was able to take the test that same day. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated!!!

I have great experience. I think the lady doctor who works there is amazing ? ? she is a human at first and then doctor. Thank u for your help again..good people still exist out there!!

Well that’s funny! I left a negative review of this clinic about a year ago and it appears to have disappeared. ??? Well, I’m back again with the same comment: terrible service at the minute clinic. NOT worth going to at all. Rude doctor. Inconsiderate. Zero bedside manner. They’re there to punch in and out each day, and that’s about it.

Love this pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to help and assist in chasing prescription refills from the doctors. Always friendly and upbeat too!

NOT worth going to at all. Rude doctor. Inconsiderate. Zero bedside manner. They’re there to punch in and out each day, and that’s about it.

Spoke on the phone with a man in pharmacy regarding a system hiccup where the pharmacy kept notifying me that I had a prescription ready even though I had already picked it up. He was rude from the beginning. For instance, when he asked for my name and date of birth he quickly cut me off and spoke over me while I was trying to answer, he did this a few times. He seemed just overall impatient and condescending. I'm surprised I kept my cool while speaking with him. If you hate your job, just quit! No need to spread your misery with the world. I'm a registered nurse (didn't feel the need to mention that to him on the phone) and I've never been so disgusted with the lack of professionalism from a so called "pharmacy tech" in my life and I've interacted with MANY as part of my job!

Their pharmacy is so slow that even when I come two hours after a script is promised, I still usually have to wait while they fill it. They might as well tell you "we will fill your prescription at the least convenient time for you" instead of asking when you'll be back for it. Avoid at all costs.

I made an appointment for flu shot for 11a at MinuteClinic and it is now 1130 and I'm still waiting to be seen. What I don't understand is why they don't put walk ins behind scheduled appointments. What's the point of scheduling an appointment. They say if you're more than 15 mins late for appt, you forfeit your appt but they are 1/2 hour late so far.. I will not come to CVS in the future.

The Minute Clinic at the CVS at Jackson Square in Weymouth needs to be renamed the Hour Clinic. Service here is impossibly slow. The waited 1 1/2 hours to get the first Shingles shot vaccine and now back for my second dose. I had an 11 am appt and am waiting, waiting and waiting . The nurse who works here moves so slowly If there was a fire she'd burn up glued to her desk. Awful.

Florence was incredibly unprofessional. We took our 3 year old in and she basically mocked him for crying and being scared, held the door open and told him he could just leave if he was going to cry, said he was ruining his moms vacation and she could just charge us 100$ and let us go, asked him why he looked like a little girl if he was really a boy (he has long hair).. we just felt like an inconvienence to her the whole time and turns out she didn't even treat him correctly upon getting a 2nd appointment at a different company and location. Never go here, I assure you that you will not be treated with an ounce of decency and reading other reviews it seems we aren't alone in our experience.
