Arrived to get my propane tank refilled. Checked the website before I arrived for hours. When I got there at 12 they said it couldn't be done until 1. This is infuriating. I live 25 minutes away. Their site should say this!!! Common

I had a very good experience at this location. Pick up was fast and efficient, even though it was busy. Truck was in excellent condition. It was a good value...made our move relatively cheap and fast. We had a 10 foot truck. Definitely easier than 6 trips with a friend's pickup truck.

I have rented here six times in the last 2 months and always had a wonderful experience from the reservation process till dropping of the equipment. This place has some bad reviews and I think it's due to one employee. Unfortunately I was not able to catch his name but I think he no longer works with this establishment.
