The Weymouth, MA location is awful with communication...has not returned my calls about a serious situation I have with my account, that they closed in their system though I am paid up to date...now I have no idea if my stored items are safe.

This location has been at its best since Jassara took over as manager. Her customer service—whether in person or over the phone—is exceptional: always friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially appreciate the consistent communication and follow-up regarding my storage rental. I've had experiences at other locations, but none have matched the level of service and willingness to help that Jassara consistently provides. She is truly an asset to this company. Thank you!

I’m just over it at this point and don’t need to write a whole paragraph. First it’s issues with the gates, not being able to contact property manager now my things are getting damaged due to either a leak or someone spraying something over my unit. It smells so bad I am highly upset. This location I would expect it to be better than the issues I am having.

Yes we all know that Jussara is the shining star of this location. She was very nice.
However there were Too many disgusting and dangerous flaws with this location! I have a ton of pictures to show how derelict the management is at taking care of this property. It was very unsafe and the back sliding door didn't close for at least 2 weeks in the end of December 2024-Jan 1 2025.
The door was stuck open all day and night.
As seen in my pictures. The elevator inspection was overdue and quite expired!
I mentioned it to a lady at the desk and she said she is aware of that. There is parking spaces for 2 vehicles Only near Each of the two doors! There was only one dolly to bring your things into each un inspected elevator. So if there was another car or truck filled with trash to bring up by some Very Toothless residents, you'd have to wait for them to finish. But there's no room to park and if someone new comes you have to let them know you're next for the orange dolly. There was Zero lighting in the back of the bldg! So when you left the security of your car, you couldn't see even the key pad to punch your numbers in to exit the property. The app didn't work many times so you’d have to manually press your code in. and put your flashlight on and also punch numbers and Run back into your car to flee the garbage dump. Speaking of which, when I got to the 4th floor every single time, there was another huge piece of discarded furniture or child's large play item. Downstairs and outside? Well that's where the disgusting residents decided it was too far gone and broken down or Ruined for even Them to keep so they just Dumped it there. That's right. One trash receptacle, filled to the Brim and over the fence surrounding the garbage pile and To my astonishment-many things were thrown over their property fence into an abandoned wooded area behind the storage property totally encroached on a neighboring property. The ceiling became soo humid that water dripped from the steel beams above and made my boxes in my unit Soaked. I was in this unit for 6 months and I could say it is completely disgusting and unsafe. Please look to my pictures as guides for Not coming here. I went to Castle Storage and I love Every aspect of that facility. Sure the price is higher, but you've Got to do that to keep the low class slobs out.

I’ve been with this public storage for about a year now and never had any issues that wasn’t resolved. Jussara is wonderful! Customer service skills on point and gets the job the done. She will definitely help you the best way she can.

I reserved a unit online. The morning I was to move in. I went to confirm my unit. And they told me that they had already rented it and that I would have to pay double what my reservation price was. When I called in, I was told that a reservation , Doesn’t reserve a unit. It’s still first come first serve. This is classic bait and switch, trying to confuse you with little irrelevant details. Other than the place parking lot being utterly filthy, not having a place for people to throw things away their policy being ridiculous and border line criminal. There not that bad. lol. . I would not recommend this company at all. I’m looking to move the rest of my stuff out and go elsewhere as soon as possible. too expensive and just not worth it for the customer service con game. I wouldn’t suggest that you rent from these people, but. If you do be careful.

Fix your elevator and turn up the AC it's been MONTHS. I'd also like to edit that it does say climate controlled. After the reviews I read recently I'm apolled at the temperature of my unit.
Edit: after two months later they put ac in the middle of July.
