I had originally rented out a 10 x 10 and after cleaning out and preparing to sell my condo I realized that I did not need all of that space. Shama was amazing with helping me do a transfer to a 5 x 10. Quick and easy. I have been using public storage for all of my storage needs for at least 15 years. The facility is always clean and secured. Thanks guys!!

I stopped by to change units and Shama, the Public Storage representative, couldn’t have been more helpful. She even checked on me to ensure my transition was a smoothe one! I though great customer service was a thing of the past…guess I was wrong! Thank you Shama!

Awful experience. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. Even though we had everything stored in air sealed containers, no food, etc. we had very bad mice problems. When I brought this up, the manager told me she didn't care and to go somewhere else then. She was extremely rude. She was never in the office. It took 6 weeks to get a phone call back from her. It's a bummer because this was a long term business rental, they could have had my business for years. After a few months of begging for any sort of resolution, I decided to go elsewhere.

The price gets raised all the time. Next month the price is going up by almost 20%. The price since move in has doubled.

I had a fast and easy check in process for a storage unit I reserved online. Sharma was very knowledgeable and patient. The facility is very clean and is in a safe location. There is plenty parking at the facility, and the loading/unloading area is big enough for multiple movers to occupy at once. Thank you Sharma at Public Storage Weymouth.

Facility is very clean and has 4 pull carts for customers to use. Shama was very helpful in showing us the unit before we rented it and was very professional making it very easy to get us set up.

Awful customer service and unprofessional employees. Shama the manager pressures you to leave a good review and mention her name immediately. The cost to rent a unit and the amount in price they go up whenever they do, isn’t at all worth what you deal with there. There are a total of 2 dollies within the entire facility available for use, and more times than not they’re occupied when you get there and expect to be using one but then can’t. The bathrooms are ALWAYS locked and not accessible even during regular business hours. When they’re open and employees are still there (if you tell them to unlock it) they’re disgusting and not clean at all. For people who sit in the office all day making phone calls harassing people about their “balances” etc and have time to type up letters to tape around the place saying not to leave trash, etc and that “you’ll be caught on camera”, somebody should be able to handle making the time to clean up the bathrooms. If they’re locked as often as they are, there’s no excuse for uncleanliness. Having an on site dumpster for people to use would maybe be worth the cost… The dolly issue, though, is huge and should be addressed immediately.

I’ve had plenty of troubles with this location since being in this state until they brung Paris to this location and helped me sort out a bunch of things for me. She was very patient willing to help out in anyway possible while figuring out the troubles I had & customer service was excellent. Keep her at this location please 🙏🏾
