I arrived 20 minutes early.
Check in #1
In my car, confirmed check-in by text message as instructed to do so.
Check In #2
Upon arrival into what looked like a barricaded converted medical reception area, I confirmed check-in on Quest Tablet at the check-in kiosk.
Waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time - my name was never called. Walk-ins who arrived after me were being called in.
No one at the tarp-covered reception desk to assist, no phone number was posted for assistance.
I informed an on-duty phlebotomist of the issue - was informed that the check-in system did not recognize either of my 2 separate check-in attempts. My name never appeared on the check-in status board used by staff.
I am a technically advanced IT professional, and yet I struggled with your system.
If I cannot check in via the text messages that Quests sends me, why even have/offer check-in by text message service?
It is unfair to operate a check-in system that does not recognize check-in attempts online, by phone or by actually using the tablet at the check-in desk.
It is ridiculously unfair to elderly citizens or technically limited patients to have to walk into a reception area and navigate a check-in system that doesn't work.
You folks need to do a much better job with clearly marked signage explaining to patients how to properly check in.
I would have given 0 stars for the review, but the on-site understaffed overworked folks who have to play phlebotomist-IT-receptionist-do-it-alls were doing their best to help.

Worst place doesn’t even cut it. Made us for an hour literally for one hour. After that they said they don’t know when they can do a freaking drug screening if that was the case why not say it before making us wait over an hour. Very unprofessional

Millie,
You are a gift!!! Truly!
She has to be the coolest, most calming woman I’ve come across in a while. I went in, anxious was an understatement. She was super cool about it and just made the interaction fun. NORMAL chit chat, as if were her friend…. All of a sudden, she say ok small pinch, conversation continued as if nothing else was happening and then I was DONE!
Long story short… you’re a treasure. THANK YOU!

I came here last week for a pre-employment screening. My appointment was at 12:00 PM, and I arrived around 11:55. Nurse Maura assisted me—she was incredibly warm and patient, which made the entire process go smoothly. It took me about 10 minutes to complete everything. Overall, it was a great experience!

My appointment was at 9:10 AM and I still needed to wait for 40 minutes to be seen. The waiting room was so full that people were just leaving. The way quest understaffs is really gross. They have cut the receptionist and now force people to put all their insurance information in through a kiosk. Then the phlebotomist has to do the same thing a second time, wasting everybody’s time and taking medical personnel away from actually providing medical care. The only upside of my visit is that the phlebotomist was kind and professional. I really wish quest would invest in the additional staff needed to adequately provide care.

My lab orders were not in the system. Jess assisted me in how to retrieve them from my email. She did all the work because I had no idea how to access a PDF! She was so pleasant and helpful!

Went here to get a blood test, checked in and got a number. Lady opens door ans says: "are you blind?" I said, excuse me? She says it again. I wasted no time telling her I was going elsewhere. She says she came out to help me check in, but I already did and says I did it like a blind person. I have no idea how this woman has a job if she talks to people like that. What if I was blind?

Never in my life I have been humiliated as I just get it in this place!! The answer machine is a disgrace, the signs to get to the address is unsupported, the people who work there do not have any respect for the people after share all my frustration with the woman and hear her answer my disappointment was getting bad but when I was redirected to the bathroom was worst! And after that listen her laugh with another coworker was complete humiliation!! She not only was disrespectful but she shared!!! I would never comeback to this place!! Shame of them!! They don’t deserve to work there!!

Convenient, fast and efficient! Great location with very easy access. “Walk in” service with self checking in( very easy) and waiting time less than first suggested. All the results were uploaded to make account that I created( email and password), in the next morning and another part on late afternoon. The nurses were very nice and competent making the entire process very simple. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

My nurse was amazing despite her computer failing her due to the intense rain. I was one of the first people that day; she kept her cool, was very pleasant, and got me out of there as fast as possible. You should give your employees bonuses for dealing with computers that malfunction in the rain or buy them new computer systems. It would probably speed things up too :)
