Waiting over 40 minutes to be seen. There is no person to talk to about updates. There is an iPad to check in that gives you a time slot but it doesn’t matter because they run so far behind. Completely unacceptable.

I had an appointment and arrived an hour early. There was 1 person in the waiting room. The employees did not take me earlier than my appointment time when they could have. I would not recommend coming here at all. The way it’s set up is not friendly or inviting nor are the employees. Based upon the reviews, clearly the management team doesn’t care that their office has so many 1 star reviews. New staff might be warranted.

Absolutely no customer care. This company only uses machine check in. Employees don’t want to be bothered. Do not go here if you value customer service!

Being my first time for pre-employment drug screening, I found the staff to be very welcoming, supportive and compassionate with me and the broad spectrum of other clients they served.Previous reviews I read increased my prior apprehension but I recommend the Weymouth site and the staff that day anyway.

Drove here for a 3PM appointment. The door was locked. No sign on the door. Knocked several times, no response.What is this? There was another person waiting who also had an appointment.

The worst location!!! Extremely unprofessional and racist! The woman with the glasses is awful and has a huge attitude very rude and I also got into with another person because I commented on how late she was and didn’t want to help. Another woman with blonde hair was going back and forth with me. I’m literally done with this place overall any quest diagnostics has staff that are like this and it’s hilarious

Staff is rude and flat out unpleasant. I thought I would save myself time and aggravation by going to this location instead of fighting Quincy traffic. Next time I’d rather sit in traffic.

The worst testing location I have ever been to you. There is no one to speak to you, the shades are drawn, no one will talk to you and you're on your own. I have seen older folks completely frustrated and upset trying to register without help. They seem to be completely understaffed. It is a sad commentary on quest diagnostics, for your own mental health find another location.

Almost impossible to speak with a live operator. I got disconnected about 3 times, after hours trying to get a hold on somebody. The last call I explained that I needed an NPI# for the facility in order to get a PT1 form approved (for transportation services) and after trying so hard to get that number and the person arguing they don't have such number, she asked to put me on hold, and there we go again, another call disconnected... Good figure!

Very good experience.Jessica the Phlebotomist was very polite and friendly. Excellent at her job as the nurse at my PC struggled to find a good vein. Jessica found and had three vials filled in less than a minute. I’ll be using this place for lab work from now on. Thanks!

First time ever going to one of these places, made an appointment online a week before , checked in at a kiosk 10 mins before appointment, was seen early, had Kelly as a nurse and she was awesome, out in 10 mins, professional, prompt and easy to navigate
