This gas station remembers what customer service is. If you have the choice, they have the lowest prices AND the best service.
I was on my way to a doctor appointment and stopped to get gas. My gas door wouldn't open. Defect with my Audi. No idea what happened and I was ready to leave but the 2 employees working on Friday 7/12 at 11am wouldn't let that happen.
It took the 3 of us ~20 minutes and moving everything but they found the latch inside the wheel well from the trunk to release the gas tank. I got my gas AND was able to make my appointment (but I was late, haha). Also, it was 90 degrees and sun beaming on us (look it up, I don't lie).
These type things don't happen often these days. Finding people that are kind and care about what they do enough to help someone out. Hat tip to those guys.

my experience at Rooney Gas Station is usually great Service! I have been going here si opening . Today I pulled in while it was very busy. Seeing the gentleman looking overwhelmed or pissed I decided to HELP by taking the gas pump out of my car. When he approached me and said can you read this sign in a condescending voice. I did not respond because I had somewhere to be and I was shaking. He then says "ok you wanna ignore me " "Nothing to say" I will put you on a list, you can't come back! I got in my car left went to my destination. I went back to ask him about his list and let him know I have been going here for years he did not have to speak to me in the manner he did. I asked for information he told me Im not giving out information it's my name on the sign. As I left he yelled bye KarenHis parents aka owner should know !!!!

Warning: for anyone who goes to Rooney's gas. Make sure you watch what they're doing because I asked for $50 and he filled my tank. Then repeatedly kept saying "what am I supposed to do eat it?" "You can see I'm working my ass off right"Then assumed I should pay for the difference and if I didn't I would pay next time I came. And yes this was the owner.

My daughter always comes here so I decided to give them a try. Attendant was very busy as all of the pumps were taken & he was running between them all. He was rushed but attentive … paid cash. Good experience.
